Studio 6 Mojave, CA - Airport — Hotel in California City

I was dead tired working at a not so local prison.. I missed my check-in, never been here before last hotel down the street, never again as a solo female. Weird owners. So I wasn’t expecting much different when I came to studio 6 I just know it’s gonna be nightmare. THEN EMERGED AN ANGELIC KIND SPIRIT AT THR FROND DESK KAILA! I don’t even have enough space to write how above and beyond she went for me. I could’ve Tears because as a traveling nurse, I’ve had so many front desk. People and all I wanna do is sleep and serve the community of which I’m sleeping in. But all I get is long empty and stares. Not here My reservation was all messed up and she got it in order so that I can at least sleep after working 16 hours She made me believe in humanity again. Treat me like she would a family member and I’ll never forget that will only come here when I’m trying the room to die for absolutely phenomenal clean cool quiet well here’s the thing there’s an airport in the train...

I called ahead of time before i booked, as I needed to check in late at 2 am as. I was traveling from So Cal. There was road work and I didn't even get their until around 3am. Im sure I woke the check in guy, he was great. Polite, efficient. The pool is purple at night. This is by FAR the nicest 6 I've stayed in on every level. I have a big dog so I've been staying at motel 6s since my prior big dog. This one was an exceptional value. Good service. No weirdos I came back from looking at a rural property and stayed the following night even though it was 40 minutes out of the way because I knew it was comfortable, safe and clean. Same guy working the next time and same friendly capable service. There is a train that goes through Mojave. The whole town is basically a train yard. You will hear the loud train. David is a real one. Super understanding and accommodating and so is his staff! Cleaning services were ready and willing to help DAILY, checking in on our stock of towels, TP, and clean sheets. Even the pool men were on it, over the span of a month I had seen those guys out there at least once a week checking the levels and scraping the pool clean.
