Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

The person at the counter was helpful. I had a spicy chicken sandwich. It was good but it came apart and I got mayonnaise on my hands. I couldn't clean them very well with a napkin so I started getting up to go to the bathroom. Well I had things like my phone on the table. I couldn't pick them up without getting mayonnaise on them. I decided to leave them. I got mayonnaise on the doorknob and on the faucet and the soap dispenser. I got it cleaned up though. I went back to table. My things were okay I guess. I used the sandwich paper to eat the rest of the meal. I guess there was some mayonnaise on the wrapper. It made my fingers a little slippery I guess. And well my cup just naturally squirted out of my hands and I guess it got all over and I didn't have my guard up and I guess I said a dirty word that sounds like "sugar". Well I guess this stirred up the other patrons. There was this man with a couple kids and an old lady and he asked"do you give private lessons?" I said no before I realized he was being sarcastic. Then I was fried boy. I refilled my drink and finished my meal. I was happy with the meal but I would appreciate a sandwich structure redesign. I will...

I live right next door to this Jack in The box and have yet to have hot fries cold food constantly this is the last time I said I was going to give him a chance tonight because nothing else was open horrible horrible cold fries horrible cold hamburger not only that they left out our chicken nuggets and every order all three orders just a super horrible experience I will never ever go back there and I have never wrote a negative review about anything at any time but I have given them five times to get it right and they have not got it right yet and as an ex Jack in the box employee from the seventies it's a shame what's going on now horrible horrible horrible do not eat here the tacos in the dirt lot right next to them is much much better.....my Dogs were in the back after one bite and the employees unwilling eas to heat the food up I GAVE IT TO MY DOGS AND THEY WOULDN'T...

There are a lot of good employees at this Jack in the Box, but some days the customer service is horrible. There is a middle aged blonde woman, who appears to be one of the store leads, thats acts like you are disturbing her when you are ordering. She acts condescending and is very rude. Many other employees carry this attitude with them as well. Food is inconsistent. I have found a hair in my food, been served cold coffee, and have been consistently overcharged. There have been other problems including getting my orders consistently wrong and being served spoiled food that led to me getting sick twice. It is a shame, because there are many great employees who are very helpful, as well. Give jobs to people who care. Also, the bathrooms...
