Carroll Inn — Hotel in Carrollton

HORRIBLE !!!! I won't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! Roaches everywhere!!!! I have a baby I told the front desk it's roaches and not good for my baby , they told me to come to the office, when I got in there the man opened a closet full of raid and gave Me one, that let's me know that they are aware of they roaches. The man is also rude. Me and him argued from the time I got the room to the time I left. This place should not be called Carroll Inn, more like ROACH INN! The rooms are not clean I watched as they wipe things off with pure water no soap or nothing. They bust in your room in the wee hours of the night if you don't have the chain on the door. I can't wait until my stay is OVER! ILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT! WHEN YOU SEE ROACH INN, SORRY I MEAN CARROLL INN, RUN AS FAST AS...

The staff here are friendly as long as you treat them with respect & have always taken care of my wife and I as much as possible. Never had problems with anything except other guest but guess that's a problem anywhere. I request certain rooms that we enjoy more than others and have had times when certain room was not available so we stayed in available room at the time and unexpectedly received phone call for me to come into office and when I went in he gave me $5 back and told me the room I asked for was now available and could move our stuff to other room whenever we pleased. So even though its not the nicest hotel around it will always my choice over others just because I feel they at least try / care more than...

This place has roaches. It's so badly in need of a carpet shampooing or replacement that you literally can't walk barefooted on it without getting this thick and sticky black layer of grime on your feet that when you wash it off of your feet with the wash cloth provided that it destroyed it... and then you will have the owner telling you that you're the nasty one. Unprofessional and smelly as well. Burn holes in the cheap comforters that when you sit on them, the burned area literally can scratch or cut your bare legs. Not...
