Southern Inn — Hotel in Clarksdale

The husband was very nice idk who the lady is but she’s very rude ! I got bit twice in the face by a bedbug she was mad and tried to say I brung the bug just rude . I left my laptop and went back to get it she still was rude ! Tell me “I checked the bed no bugs” was trying to argue with and lied like she didn’t have my laptop and then told me to go to the office my laptop was there ! She ends the conversation with “ when you do wrong you forget things” I told her why are you upset because y’all have bedbugs it isn’t my fault and you didn’t have to lie about not having my laptop . I came into town late and my hotel of choice was booked up, nobody except Hampton inn, 150$, had good reviews, so I went to bed here. First of all the woman at the front desk was incredible in how nice and helpful she was. Place was only 45$. There are no hair dryers or shampoos given. They did have a remote control for the air conditioning though which was awesome!!! I slept here great and I'm super picky, in hindsight I'd have brought my own shampoo but otherwise...

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!! Later that night when I went to bed i was constantly itching i thought it was just mosquitoes. Until i saw a bed bug crawl across the pillow. The mattress was crawling with them. So quickly left and demanded a refund. After i told them they had bed bugs they blamed me for the bugs. This was the worst experience and trip ever!
