I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Travelodge Motel during my trip, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. This quaint little motel exceeded my expectations in many ways and made my stay memorable.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided exceptional customer service. They were attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

Never again! My husband and I were in the area to visit friends and family and we wanted to have a clean room to be able to sleep and relax. When we were checking in, the desk clerk started playing with her cell phone before she finished our transaction! Us being able to relax and sleep was not attainable until after 3 am the first two nights we were there. Children were screaming and running up and down the breezeway in front of the room my husband and I were in. We could hear adults cussing and yelling at each other outside until after 1 am for two of the nights. My husband called the front desk twice the first night regarding the noise and the desk clerk said she had already talked to them and she wouldn't do anything more. The room was in need of some serious repairs. The lock on the door was hanging loose. There was no smoke detector in our room at all! There was fur along the baseboards in the bathroom, as well as spilled liquids on the door frames. Some of the guests were grilling in a rolling grill in the parking lot. Children were running all over the property throwing basketballs at each other and letting the balls hit some of the vehicles in the parking lot. When my husband and I attempted to voice our concerns to the desk clerk the next day, she told us she could move us or give us a partial refund but she wasn't going to do anything to stop the ruckus at night. She also began giving us attitude and claimed the hotel wasn't going to do anything about people yelling at all hours. Then she claimed my husband and I were being a problem. Nope! I will never again stay at a Travelodge by Wyndham!!! And I will suggest to anyone that they should avoid the Travelodge in...

I made this reservation in advance, 2 rooms. One for my family and one for my parents. We ran into traffic and were a bit later than expected. We just needed a place to sleep and breakfast to travel back home from spring break.

The reservation was so messed, We asked for 2 rooms with 2 beds each sense we had kids with us. We only had 1 bed in each room and the customer service was terrible when we called and told them the issues. They were "booked" and had no other rooms and only one roll away bed. We ended up having to sleep on the floor!

The breakfast didnt hardly have anything left by the time we came down. The customer service was terrible.

Worst of it all, I asked them to pay seperately, my parent paid for their room, I paid for ours- they took my dad's card and swiped it but some how I was still charged for both rooms and my Dad was only charged for the roll away bed.

When asked to talk to a manager they were not helpful at all. They were rude, no one talks to you,greets you, didn't care that they totally messed up our reservation. Not to mention most of the staff does not speak very well english.

Coorporate office told my Mom that they would be sending us a check to reimburse our trip, will update if that is true. They were very nice and understanding.

No complaints on the rooms, they seemed to be nice as far as a hotel goes and clean. Customer Service...
