I had such a wonderful experience at the Seasons Bed and Breakfast sourdough class led by Hannah! The setting was warm and welcoming, and the small class size made it feel personal and approachable.
I came in with no prior bread-making experience and left with everything I needed to bake the best sourdough I’ve ever had at home. Hannah is not only a skilled baker but also a natural teacher, she explained each step clearly, answered every question during the class and even followed up afterwards to make sure we were confident on our own.
The evening itself was such a treat. We enjoyed delicious snacks throughout, great conversation, and plenty of hands-on learning. I’ve already baked loaves at home that my family and friends can’t stop raving about.

It was super convenient to have the class offered while being able to stay at the B&B. Hannah is a lovely host/owner and makes every effort to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. I loved the sourdough baking class - her encouragement to keep things simple and "use what you have" mentality made things more approachable to starting my sourdough bread baking journey. More than anything, I enjoyed the time spent with Hannah - she had some time in the morning of my check out day and joined me for a wonderful breakfast spread (juice, coffee, mini crustless quiche, homemade sourdough) she prepared. Sourdough was something I had been wanting to try for a while, but I always found it intimidating. Hanna made the process feel simple and approachable. I especially loved that we got to make our own loaf during the class and take it home to bake the next day.
The class was fun, informative, and Hanna’s deep knowledge really showed. She’s incredibly friendly and personable, which made it easy and comfortable to ask questions along the way.
