I would recommend going anywhere else for your phone repair services. I had an issue with my phone restarting every few minutes from water damage. I was assured it could be fixed and paid upfront for the cost of the battery/back screen and labor. The owner/manager had the phone for about two weeks and did not communicate with me at all. I kept having to call up there asking for an update and every time they would give me a new date the phone would be ready and assured me they would give me a call, but the call never came. $230 down the drain… Extremely poor communication and customer service. I finally received a call back and was told the phone was still having the issue. Then on top of all this, he lied to me about the phone. He said the issue was partially fixed and the phone was only restarting every 30 minutes versus every 2-3. I pick up the phone and the first red flag is that it was completely dead. He didn’t bother charging it to show me it would keep a longer charge. I get home charge it and it’s doing the same exact thing. Worst repair shop ever. Guys I used to fix my own phones and I’m going back to those times. They replaced my working battery with a garbage battery and my iPhone does not recognize this battery. Now it won’t even charge. The battery came with 90 day warranty and they said it in my face but still refused to fix it. Also cracked screen on my iPhone was replaced with a cheap screen that works worse than the original screen that was cracked. They want another $70 to change their bad battery out of my phone. Forget this. I bought me an oem apple battery than I just installed and it doesn’t give me any alerts as battery not recognized by my phone. They told me these newer phones will all give the alert. I told him that if it’s not apple battery than yes. But if you actually use apple battery it won’t give you weird annoying alerts. They disagreed and continued to disagree with me. We’ll my $40 apple battery works. And their cheap “apple battery” doesn’t. Ripoffs. Don’t come here. There are way better shops than this one....

brought my oculus to replace the camera and the dude messed up the sensor to tell the oculus if youre wearing it or not and dtuck tape all inside of it... i asked for a refund and he acted like it was already there even tho he was the only one who opened it and when i retrieved it he also told me that it was hard to get the plastic cover off (because it has a ribbon cable connecting the sensor to the plastic). i tried to get my money back that i had given him just for him to give me the run around... he also cracked a piece on the plastic and when i had another technician right infront of me open it a piece of plastic literally fell out of the headset. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE time of daye is june 10th 2025.
