Do not stay here! When checking in, the process seemed to take way longer than needed. Once we received the key cards, we went off to find our room. The room seemed like "miles" away as the hotel is very elongated. The room number signs were also confusing and even though there was only 2 floors, I did not see an elevator. Who wants to carry luggage up the stairs? When we finally found our room, when walking in, it reeked of mildew/mold. I found black mold on thr grill on the air-conditioning unit and the vent area. I immediately knew we were not staying in that room. On our way to the front office to ask for another room, we stopped at the pool. The smell was horrendous and I could not stand in there for longer than a few minutes. The pool was green and very cloudy. I did notice at the water line, that the pool was painted a tan color, which MAY contribute to color a tad, but this was AWFUL. I proceeded to the front desk to address our room and the pool as my kids had been looking forward to swimming. I showed the front staff pictures of the air-conditioning unit and asked for another room. He proceeded to tell me that they have no other rooms to accommodate the 4 of us and that he could refund us. Unfortunately, we were 1.5 hours from home due to being in town for a soccer tournament, so I said we had no where to go as all the other surrounding hotels were also booked due to the tournament. After some time, he offered a suite. I advised him that I would like to see suite before accepting. Prior to going to check out the suite, I asked him about why the pool is green. He responds with saying it looks that way because they painted the inside tan. I said that's fine, but that does not explain it being green, cloudy and stinky. He still tried to tell me the pool is fine. I asked if the pool levels are checked daily and he said "yes", which I do not believe. There were other visitors in the lobby with other issues as well. After some time, he took us to show us the new room and even though the room was better, we reluctantly agreed to take the room. Upon, checking out the bathroom, we noticed a bad drain/water smell. My son begged to still swim as there was another toddler area and it appeared fine water clarity wise and my husband agreed that he'd be the one to take him because I could not handle the smell in the pool area. My husband did let our son go down the slide that went into the green pool and when he got back to the room, he smelled so bad. I immediately sent him to the shower and even after he still had a stench. Come morning time, a large group of people we getting their complimentary breakfast, which was surprisingly decent, and I overheard a handful people with similar complaints about their rooms, pool and the cloudy water in the room for showering/bathing. This hotel needs a health inspection! Room #238 for the air-conditioning unit. Pictures attached! Picture of pool does not look like the pool for their website photos! False advertising!

Our experience at the Quality Inn was a rollercoaster ride, but ultimately, it turned out to be a good experience. The venue had its fair share of challenges and issues that needed to be addressed throughout the planning process and months leading up to our event. However, what stood out was the kindness and consideration of the staff. They were always attentive and genuinely cared about making our day special. It was evident that the staff were sometimes dealing with unexpected challenges they had never encountered before, which added some stress. Despite this, they did their best to resolve issues as they arose. At the end of the day, we were able to overlook the initial hiccups and focus on the positives. The venue itself is beautiful, and with a bit more experience in handling unforeseen situations, they will be even more amazing. Overall, we appreciate the efforts of the staff and are grateful for their kindness throughout the entire process.

For families with kids, the swimming party area is a dream come true. The splash pad kiddie pool is perfect for younger children, with gentle water features and a safe, shallow environment. The real showstopper, though, is the pirate ship and pirate-themed magic park! My children were thrilled to explore the ship, engage with interactive elements, and pretend they were on a real pirate adventure. The attention to detail in creating this playful, imaginative environment was exceptional, and it really added a magical touch to our stay.

Upon arrival, the lobby and rooms seemed clean. Front desk staff was friendly. We came for the pool as it looked like fun for the kids by looking at the pictures online. The pirate ship play area was not heated at all. The mermaid slide pool was barely heated. The room temperature was maybe 65 degrees. The basketball hoop was broke. The ceiling is not white like the pictures show. Very moldy looking. Pool was too cold for kids to swim in. There were 3 towels to use. 2 of which had stains on them. We immediately went to the front desk to see if we could get a refund after being in this hotel for 10 minutes, the manager said he wouldn’t know if this could happen and to give it 24hrs. What? We were. Or going to leave if we didn’t know if we couldn’t get a refund. So we decided to check out the “arcade”. This consisted of 2 electronic dart boards with no darts, golden tee, and a very slim pickings claw machine. We tried the restaurant inside the hotel. Took 20 mins just get our drinks. (Just one other table of people there). Good was quick to come out, but was cold. Back to the rooms. Tried to warm kids up in a bath, but the drain didn’t work to fill the tub. There are no fans in the bathroom, so the whole room gets very damp and steamy with a hot shower. Toilet seat is worn. Pillows are very hard square pillows. This whole time waited for word that we could get a refund on our room or compensation and there was none. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were hoping for an easy fun “staycation” as we only lived an 1.5 hrs away, but this was one of the worst experiences we have...

Since Ramada closed this place went down the drain. Broken beer bottles by the door. Electrical outlets hanging off the wall. Our room smelled like some type of chemical that just stunk. The manager wouldn't even talk to me. They say there's pics of cigarette butts all over and the room was full of smoke but nobody smoked in there. They wouldn't show me the pictures and said I will get no refund after they charged an extra $250 on my card. Last time they gave our room away while we were out fishing. We walked in on a naked old lady who almost had a heart attack. They gave us another room with no ac and then tried to give me a room on the second floor with an 85yr old man who I would have had to carry up the stairs. Save your money and the headaches. Don't go to this dump

I will clarify again we did not and never have smoked in a hotel room. We have respect for other people not just the place

Yes manager I have been there 4 times in the last two years so you need to look at your records again. And yes every single time we had issues with something. You scam people and have gotten away with it until now. I suggest every person get ahold oh nebraska attorney general with your issues since this place dont have a bbb or a yelp because they dont want people to turn them in.

Choice hotels are trying to give me free rooms in Branson because I'm a loyal customer for staying at your hotel so yea your managers are so great they dont know who their...
