DQ has always had good ice cream but they really stepped up their game with their "hot food" items. they have the best swiss cheese mushroom burger that you'll find at any fast food restaurant

EDIT: Went to DQ again tonight. The drive thru was out into the street and the inside wasn't as busy so we decided to go inside and carryout our order. We ordered at 8:26pm. We waited and waited and waited for our food. In that time they cleared the entire lobby (which got busy) twice and the entire long drive thru line. I went up to the counter to see when our order would be ready. That's when they gave us our food which had been sitting out on the counter in back the whole time. At this point it had gotten cold so the employee tells us we "may want to heat it up when we get home." They handed us our Blizzard, half melted. They re-made the dipped cone as it was melted and running down the cone itself. No offer of compensation for the ridiculously long wait in which they forgot to put our order together and inform us it was ready...no "hey, have a free dilly bar on us" or anything. Just "heat up your food when you get home." The restaurant is closed for the evening (because we sat there so long) so I can't contact them for feedback. I filled out the survey on the receipt and will be contacting corporate tomorrow. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. WON'T BE GOING BACK TO DQ AT ALL...

Terrible customer service. I went in to order a cake to be picked up the next day. When I went up to the counter I was ignored by two girls complaining about their schedule. A good four minutes later one of them finally turned to face me. She did not greet me just stood there for me to ask for what I needed. When I said I need to order a cake, she went to the back without saying a word. Finally, I worked with what I am assuming is the manager. As I was leaving one of the girls that was originally complaining about the schedule practically pushed me out of her way as she was leaving. I went back a couple days later to order through the drive thru… thought it was going to be a better experience as the drive thru lady who took my order was great. When I got to the window however I was greeted with a price total and after receiving my blizzards they turned away with not a single thank you or...

I ordered on the mobile app so I could get the free small malt/shake deal. I haven't had a problem with a wrong order for a long time. The hot fudge malt was the only correct thing in my order! I ordered a double stack original cheeseburger and an order of pretzel sticks. When I opened the bag there were fries and a fish sandwich! I didn't take the food back as I was already home and had touched the food. No sense in having it go to waste. The sandwich was nice and hot but the fries were lukewarm. The malt was terrific too. The drive thru was busy but not packed and the inside was again, busy but not packed. Pay attention, youngsters! You get paid plenty for the job you do! Take pride in your work and get things right...
