Worst hotel experience I have EVER had in my life. On my way to the hotel I got an email that my room was canceled. I immediately called the hotel and nobody answered the phone for over an hour of trying to call. Once she finally answered she told me she canceled my room because I wasn’t there yet. It was 8pm I was traveling to the hotel. She gave me my room back. We arrived at the hotel at 10 pm and she said our room was ready and told me she would only charge me 99$ because of the confusion for our one night stay. She then proceeded to charge me for 2 nights 218$. I corrected her and said we are only staying for 1 night. She apologized and said she “fixed it” well she fixed it by charging me again and not refunded me for the first charge. So I paid over 350$ for one night in a crappy dirty hotel that canceled my room in the first place. Not to mention the pool was broken and we were not notified of this. The website and email both said it had a working pool. Once I noticed both charged went through on my credit card I called Wyndham and complained. The man was extremely rude but agreed to open a case for me. Still no word from them! I have tried calling the hotel for 4 days to get a email copy of my reciept. Nobody will answer the phone of the hotel! I disputed the charge with my credit card and still waiting to hear! I was supposed to stay at 2 more Wyndham hotels this month for dance competitions and have CANCELED all of my rooms. I will never stay there again! I highly recommend not staying...

Had our reservation for almost 6 months, along with a block of 16 other rooms for an event in town. The morning of arrival my room was canceled. Manager was not very kind on the phone and raised his voice to me several times telling me it was not their fault and that they can’t cancel rooms made from the app. Talked to Corporate/Wyndham Rewards who were very apologetic and states my room would be reinstated that day and that the reason for cancellation was, THE HOTEL! Room was reinstated, got there early to swim and had talked to front desk several times and even said we were coming early to swim which he replied your room is ready come anytime. Get there and the pool and hot tub have NO water in them and they are being renovated! That would have been nice to know when we booked, because let’s be honest they know those things 6 months in advance. Some of our group got discounts some did not. The young guy at the front when I checked out just laughed and said I can’t do that. Other members of our group rooms were being canceled also as they were over booked! We will not be returning to this hotel and this is somewhere we come and have come every year for many years for this event! I did NOT book from a third party! I booked from the “block link” given to us directly...
