Liberty Springs RV Park — Hotel in Cross Hill

New RV park with in 20 to 30 minutes of Greenwood, Lauren's, Clinton. Owner's seemed very eager to please. The rates seem very reasonable. Within walking distance is a Great hometown "Mayberry Dinner" with one of the best burgers I have had. If you want to take your lady out on a date also just a short walk is one of the best restraints owned by a great French Canadian couple... Lady Amelia's. The food is awesome, always fresh, not fast food at all... Mark and Mano will make you very happy you stopped in. Also just about a two minute drive towards Clinton is a Dollar General if you forgot something. There is a agas station also in walking distance stocked with the normal stuff and some fast food. They saved us in a pinch. We had reservations at another park down the road that said they could accommodate our 40ft 5th wheel. When we showed up at the original park, they were not able to accommodate us. Last minute and on a Saturday night, Liberty Springs had a spot for us. We also reserved a spot the following (holiday) weekend on our way back through town. Very quiet, no frills park, and for less than $40 a night. I had my Rv lock busted by an attempted theft. I felt unsafe. I had to leave after a week and a half.

I gave them $425 they refunded $29.33 In my case I almost got robbed. If it wasn’t for the deadbolt I’m sure I would have been.

I won’t be recommending this campground.

I found another place close that charges the same but at least has security, and tell you up front they won’t treat you that way.

They taught me the importance of doing better research of where I stay. For that lesson I’ll accept the almost $400 lesson...
