Read moreLovely, lovely, lovely. I had visited Lady Amelia Bed and Breakfast late last summer with my husband for lunch and we absolutely loved it. Our meal was outstanding ( Coquille St. Jacques ) and the proprietors were warm and welcoming, so much so, we spent as much time visiting with them as we did eating our delicious meal! We ALL found treasures to take home! Lunch was amazing. We had French onion soup, with a hint of sherry and it was heavenly. Read moreDriving through the area I discovered this gem. I decided since the wife and I enjoy bed and breakfast from time to time we would come down and give it a try. To say we have enjoyed our time is and understatement. It's definitely a step back in time as you walk through the front door. Is gorgeous on the inside to say the least. The grand staircase it the draw of my attention. The wood work is simple but eloquent. Rooms are warm and cozy as well. Of the many we have frequented, this will be on the top of the list. The restaurant is just a great big bonus to the home. It's out back and the food is marvelous. I will promise this, if your looking for a break from the hustle and bustle, a place to wind down like us, This definitely Is the place. The owners are the best, of all the places we...
