This place was a complete and utter lie online. There is no breakfast in the morning. And I was actually informed that there was no breakfast because the health department no longer approved them to have food cooking in the building. When we checked in my husband got locked in the bathroom because the door knob fell off. The hair dryer was broken and the electrical outlet was exposed on the other end. They were roaches throughout the room. We were there only a couple of hours before I noticed there were ambulances and police cars in the parking lot. At one point in time there were men across from our room in the parking lot laying on the ground leaning up against the trash can just relaxing! Then the room next to us had two very large dogs that were barking their heads off and tore the curtains halfway down trying to get out. Also they advertise they have a pool but the pool is halfway drained and full with green nasty water and there is something floating in the water that I still was not able to identify what it was. When I made the reservation I had also put in a request to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room . When we got there they were not there and I had to call the front desk and have them brought up. And they told me they do have an ice machine but I had to use it at my own risk because they could not guarantee who put their hands in the ice machine. We had put a reservation in for 3 nights and when I went to the front desk I was immediately refunded two of the nights. I was advised to get in touch with the manager with pictures of the room in order to get the refund for the third night. The air conditioner in the room said it was 60 degrees but we were sitting in the room sweating our butts off so it was obviously not 60 degrees. There was no plug at the desk to plug anything in so I had to stretch a cord from the bathroom outlet to the laptop that I had brought. Speaking of the bathroom it was absolutely disgusting . The Wi-Fi passcode that they gave me did not work so I ended up using my own hotspot as my internet. However I guess I could have asked "Marshmallows Hoes" for their password because they were online all night. They were missing light bulbs from the lamps . And the curtains I still was not able to identify what was on them I just didn't touch them . Also the TV was old as heck and only got like five stations while it was still fuzzy . There was not a moment that I was in this room that I felt even 25% safe. The only positive thing I can say about this room is the fact that I went through it with a fine-tooth comb and I really did not find any sign of bed bugs. But the mattress sucked and you can feel the Springs through all the sheets and blankets. All three flat pillows that we got didn't...

I am a Dallas Native and have been 2ince 1980. All the reviews that claim that this is a five star hotel is a lie from hell and google should send out representatives to review the authenticity of the these cheap East Indian owners of these DRUG INFESTED HOTELS pay people to put up bogus reviews of their properties. This specific property is one that the city of Dallas needs to close down but for some odd reason it is still open. Prostitutes everywhere. Crack heads everywhere. I got asked by several people where is the cream? What the hell is cream? The room this unprofessional staff gave me was 307 non-smoking but as soon as I opened the door it smelled like smoke.

The room itself has blankets from the 15th century. There was an infest of roaches everywhere. The microwave inside of the room had black mold all over it. The king bed was falling apart. The refrigerator made a horrible noise on and off throughout the night. It was equally filthy as the microwave. There was no shower curtain at first but the thieving mexican maid knocked on my door and handed me one like it was my responsibility to hang it up like I didnt just pay to stay in this shit. As i went to hang up the shower curtain the shower rod was so filthy i just decided to let the floor get wet. The hotbwater setting was luck warm so do think that you will get a good steaming hot bath at this plsce. Lighting was horrible. This place should not have passed inspection. Furtger leading me to believe that these hotels that operatw like this are in shady dealing wih politicians.

Fuck the owner of the place and everyone of the staff at this literal shithole. They are Rude in speech and they hide behind their security guards. The security guards that they have are crazy and in my case will pay me for what they did to me.

This shithole is not worth your...

I wish I could give this place -10 stars. The house keeper came in my room but didn't clean nothing. There are so many roaches in this room it's sicking. The smell of wet molding carpet hits you as soon as you open the door. The sign outside and online says they serve breakfast but they don't because the health department shut it down maybe because of the roaches. The carpet is beyond gross and isn't applied to the walls like base boards ( I think that's the look they was going for). There are no seats pillows in the couches in the lobby when I asked what happened to them the guy behind the desk that couldn't check me in replied someone took them. I was waiting a hour to get checked in. The only reason I booked this place is because it's close to my kids schools my job and it was the only place that had openings for the few days I needed while my apartment is getting remolded. The elevator don't work the amount of homeless people and drugged out people on the grounds is outrageous. I seriously feel like the roaches are taking...

i booked through hotwire and it showed this cheap hotel as 3 stars. paid for guaranteed bed option. at checkin an indian or pakistani person says the room is not available and offers an inferior room. the hotel entry smells like homeless bathrooms. my room was at top floor. no elevator. you need to climb stairs bypassing every floor smelling like .... carpet has stains all over, toilet still had... in it and was not flushed. the worst hotel i had ever stayed in my life. not even worth a penny. i was simply deceived by hotwire. if you are a homeless person with a few bucks, this hotel might then be two stars...only then.other than that this place should be demolished. shame on hotwire.

This low-budget extended stay hotel has clean rooms, which have been updated with new paint&new carpet. The manager Matt tries to accommodate ones needs. Housekeeping drops by every day and asks the guest what he or she needs and wants to be done! Got a new microwave oven in my room-after I asked for one, mattress is comfy. The real wood veneer furniture (old, but sturdier than new furniture) needs some TLC like furniture polish for real wood-it's not done with wet wiping! Maintenance could do some cosmetic repairs on furniture. Lobby is nice with seating area and new vending machines set up on Oct.18th,2018. Otherwise: It's an older low budget extended stay with weekly rates.
