Filthy!!!! This place is absolutely disgusting!!! I found the staff to be very helpful. I've stayed for business reasons. I can't say the rooms are perfect. However, for a stay of $55 (after getting a $5 refund for returning key and TV remote on checkout), there's not much to complain about.
