Mi Amor Inn & Suites — Hotel in Dallas

When we got there at 3:50pm there was a sign on the window that said they would be back at 5pm. I tried to call and the number is disconnected. At 4:30pm there was a new sign that said they would be back at 9pm. We were expecting to check in and immediately leave for a concert so we couldn't wait until 9pm (who would?) and if they weren't there during the day why would the be there at 11 pm-midnight? I tried calling expedia to dispute but they will not refund me as "they cannot get a hold of the property". You think that would prove my case even more but apparently not... Do not stay here as no one will check you in and they will just take your money. Disputing with my card now and hopefully I get a refund as they won't be able...

This is the worst motel I've ever been to in my life!!!!! The rooms have bugs, the sinks, restrooms, and toilets, are disgusting, there is poor house keeping, and half the time the rooms don't even come with tissue and towels u have to go ask for them and they only give u 1 face towel and 1 drying towel. How in the hell is 2 ppl suppose to use 1 face towel and one drying towel. The place is just disgusting and dirty I would not recommend anybody I know at all to stay here!!!
