I visit this location frequently and really haven’t had any major problems until today. Today, 6/13/25 @ 12:13pm, I placed my regular order; in which the woman taking my order was extremely rude, in which made me feel like my service wasn’t needed nor wanted. I give it a second chance and proceed to the window where I asked if I could add a pepper to my order, never had a problem ever doing so, she quickly cut me off while pointing to a sign while angrily shouting “you can add nothing at the window ma’am” while saying disrespectful remarks and laughing with co-worker next to her.Now I understand policy is policy, no problem I understand ;however there is a way to correctly deliver the policy while being respectful and utilizing good customer service. In which, is something she appears to lack and have no interest in obtaining, which is alarming when you’re working a position to be the front face of Williams. Moving forward I was asked to park in a designated parking space to wait for my order. I waited for about 10 mins along with the car behind me; for a man to come out and deliver to the car behind me first repeating his order, in which was the same order as mines. So by the time he got over to me, I asked him what the order was just to confirm it was mines or correct; instead of just simply confirming my order,he looked at me with complete attitude and stated your order and walked off to another car to pick up a child out the window and carried them in the store. After checking my order I realized I didn’t have certain condiments, so I went into the store and the same man with the same attitude assisted me. At this point, I’m completely over it and ask to speak to a manager; yet was told the manager was not there. All this to say, from the time I arrived, to the wait time and to receiving my food; I experienced unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. In addition, cold food that was questionable with the wait time and safety of consumption due to the behavior and handling with my complete order from the workers. I didn’t even feel secure enough to consume my order; Will definitely not...

Now, I absolutely would not trip on this IF the person behind the mic did the little things like, offering upsells or additional items while you're ordering, and confirming your total before you leave the window...but they don't do that! I went thru that drive thru a total of 3 times...and still ended up dissatisfied. My tenders were warm & hard like they had been under a heat lamp for about 30 mins prior to me ordering them. My husband's chicken fried steak was ok (definitely NOT the best and not piping hot--the gravy on top of it was though). On my 2nd trip @ the drive-thru they gave me someone else's COLD chicken order--instead of my order. On the 3rd trip to the drive-thru (for my tiny tots) I asked for a 2-piece dark (meat & bread only) and they wouldn't even exchange the thigh for another drumstick because ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES, SUBSTITUTIONS, OR ADD-ONS @ the window, per Mr. Williams. The 2 piece dark (& the white gravy) were the HOTTEST items i received in my whole $30 I spent. Its acts like this that make you seriously think about saving your coins and cooking at home!! With all the FREE YT vids & channels teaching you how to cook, you can put your spending power into something way more healthy!! SN #1: The 2 piece dark had my stomach BUBBBBBLING ALL NIGHT!! I didn't even eat the tenders yet because I was beyond disappointed last night. I am going to try and reheat them (in my NuWave oven) and hopefully they won't turn rock hard on me and I can salvage some of this chicken fiasco! Best Advice: Order EXACTLY what you want FULL-OUT before you finish at that mic or you...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked into the restaurant we were met with an attitude by the young lady at the front counter. We had a large order for a party at work, we attempted to call the order in but nobody ever answers/answered the phone. Told the young lady what we needed to order (two 20 piece meals, that comes with 4 sides, and 10 rolls each) she proceeded to say that they didn’t have rice, and or enough chicken, it would be an hour. Placed the order and paid just under $130.00, verified the order, and pick up time (1pm), my coworker and I got back to the restaurant around 1:10, they were completing the order, I heard the young lady said that the corn fritters weren’t in the order to another employee (I don’t think she knew I heard this), they places everything in a box and this same young lady tells us that the order was done. I checked the order just to be sure because I didn’t want to have to make another trip back, the corn fritters weren’t in there, I asked for them and this same young lady rolls her eyes and asked for them. We waited another 10 minutes for them, and while waiting my coworker asked for a cup of water, the young lady says with an attitude it’s a dollar. We left our money in the car, and didn’t want to go back for it so she said never mind. This young lady proceeds to say we don’t give nothing out for free without a purchase as if we didn’t already pay for this large order. Even with the horrible service I still thanked the young lady and she just looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked off. I am not sure what was going on with her, but from this experience I will not be going back to that location. There should never be a reason to be that rude, let alone to someone who’s been nothing but nice, and respectful...
