Read moreI'm going to make it short and sweet. The hotel is a nasty KENNEL. Dogs poop everywhere and there owners don't clean up behind them. All you hear are dogs barking. The front desk staff tell everyone business I know about every guest business. I think that should be confidential among the staff but it's not. The hotel should be called DRAMASPRING SUITES. My room had bed bugs and the front desk staff Sheila and Ciara blamed it on my child. But I was told they knew about the bed bugs in previous rooms because there code word is BB. I was moved to another room and I was told by a guest that someone had passed away in that room due to a overdose. They are constantly having fire drills like we are in school and I think that is because they are letting guest smoke weed in the building. You can smell it in the elevator. Ciara was very rude and disrespectful to me. The only guest the front desk like to assist are the male construction workers and football players. The main thing corporate needs to do is train there employees to keep guest information confidential. Everyone knows everyone business because the front desk staff can't keep there mouth shut and mind there business. The housekeepers are very hard working and anything I needed they were there to assist me. The front desk associates have a problem with them but they are hardworking ladies Mercedes, Jackie and Crystal and they get the job done. Keep up the good work ladies. I will never recommend this hotel to a friend or family because of the mistreatment and the attitudes at the front desk. If the front desk staff stop talking everyone's business and playing with dogs all day instead of working the hotel will run better. But until then it's the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at very UNPROFESSIONAL, NO HOSPITALITY AT ALL. It's not fair that a regular guest get a attitude and mistreatment from the front desk staff (C&S) but when the football players or construction workers need anything they get special delivery. I have met alot of guest and families and it's very upsetting when they already know what's going on with you and other guest before they get to know you. Wow a young lady I met called me and told me that she was kicked out with her 3 kids. That is so sad. I understand you have rules and regulations but when KIDS are involved that is a different story. I also don't like the fact that one of the employees kept saying to the kids they have to leave. That was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND OUT OF LINE especially if you were to leave DRAMA SUITES you would have no where to go either. The ONLY reason why P & S live there is for FREE RENT ANYWAYS. The kids are already going through a difficult time and to say that was not very NICE AT ALL. INSTEAD OF THROWIBF PPL OUT YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO YOUR STAFF. YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT STAY AT THE HOTEL FREE AND HAVE LIVE IN GIRLFRIENDS AND BOY FRIEND STAY ING IN THE ROOM WITH THEM FREE. THEY ALSO BRING THERE CHILD TO WORK WITH THEM. THAT IS A HOTEL...
