Most the staff is very friendly. Restrooms clean, and appear to be updated which is nice. Laundry room was lacking in cleanliness but there’s a nice laundry facility just down the road in McMinnville that takes card or coins. Reasonably priced with decent sized pads for RV and Trucks in most sites but not all. No guest parking & if you have an extra vehicle you need to make sure it fits in your site. Picnic tables were taken without notice from the site during our stay and appeared to be sold. Which was a bummer but we had our camp set with us. If you’ve booked a stay at Willamette Wine Country RV you’re not allowed to use the fire pit off the club house, you have to reserve your stay at The Vintages to do that. Vintage guests may also ride bikes & walk around Willamette Wine Country RV but Willamette guests are not allowed to ride or walk down the Vintages guest row, seems a little weird. On the far side is a rock quarry which was pretty loud during the day so we were glad not to have our RV at that end. Some days the and most evenings the park stinks, it appears there are sewer ponds that back right up to the park something that we didn’t expect. The housekeepers are friendly, will wave and smile but if you’re RV is near their laundry & storage facility which is separate from guest laundry and located in the middle of the park you will hear them complain, yell and cuss most days. All spaces do have a lovely patch of green grass, that is maintained. In the right location of this RV park it can be a very enjoyable experience, however during our stay it appeared some of the spaces were more than lacking for the relaxing enjoyable experience.

Nice place to live. We have been here only a couple months. Paved roads, kind of has sideways. Employees are as friendly as you allow them to be, as any other business. Rules are always changing. Has a clean, heated pool. Has a clean laundry room, with books you can swap out. Very Nice neighborhood and awesome neighbors. No park for the children or pets on site. If you are a resident you can not use the store, the store bathroom, or the community fire pit area, nor the bikes, not sure what else residents are allowed to do or not do (between managers). At this date we pay around $759 lot rent. Water and trash is included. They provide internet, not cable. The Internet does not work well! They pay water (unless you go over, not sure how much is over) and trash. You pay electric.

SCAM ALERT. I will be filing a complaint with the district attorney. They call it a waiting list. It now appears as a means to make additional money. We visited their property on 6.18.18 they made it seem like they would have open spots in the next 2 months, so we applied to reserve a spot (month to month) based on their insight, as we explained our needs, timeline, and we were very upfront. They charged us $17 each to run a background. We didn't hear anything for almost 2 weeks. We were told one week. We were the ones who had to call back numerous times. Finally, we were told we passed. We knew we would.

Here is where it goes down hill fast. We never received an email. A letter. No correspondence what so ever. It made us concerned. It's now 8.20.18 and not a peep has been heard. So I called them today, and was immediately told there is a lengthy waiting list "over 80" and there won't be spot until late fall, maybe. I politely explained that we had been in their office in June, and were led to believe a spot would open up in September. Hence the reason we put down the money and applied. The woman stated that she was the property manager.. I asked her why we never received a letter, an email, etc. I also asked her name, 5 times, she never once responded. I asked her where we were on the waiting list. She said the computer was down and then hung up on me.

I strongly suggest you don't buy into their "waiting list" and pay, only to be led astray. Some apartments do this, although it can be deemed illegal and there are stiff penalties. We are going to see this all the way through with the district attorney.

Regarding "waiting list" under 2017 ORS 90.295 it states; The applicant may recover from the landlord twice the amount of any applicant screening charge paid, plus $150 (a) The landlord fails to comply with this section and does not within a reasonable time accept the applicant’s application for a rental agreement;

Shame on you for hanging up, and not being professional enough to engage when someone spends their money. We will be leaving other reviews on yelp,...

I would not recommend...My space is beautiful. Been here for close to two years and have been consistently been served notices for having family visit. Up to the discretion of mangement to choose for no grounds to require that all visitors/guests must sign. All guests need to pay and submit to a credit check and background check. I have spoken to many tenants and due the fact that there is no other place to live affordable and competition is scarce they are in fear to speak up just to be evicted. Most tenants are retired and have fixed incomes. Depending on which side of the bed that management wakes up on you too are at risk for peace and serenity. Landscape people do a insufficient job putting divets in the lawn care. Most tenants mow their own lawn to keep their space nicely groomed. (Which we technically do pay for.) Contracts are changed whenever it is brought to their attention that the contract is vague. Spoke to upper management and no positive action response. Feed back is that the old management was superior this one is not. Just an FYI I am going to pursue unfair business practices and elderly abuse. 6/23 update since I went public so many of the residents have come forward to validate my concerns...they have been afraid to voice their concerns for fear to be evicted. What is wrong with this picture? Oh by the way if I voice my concerns only to be called a busy body. There is not any available parking for visitors due the fact any extra parking is at a charge. Update 9/22/21...went to visit friends and was told not to be on property, Sheriff was called and citation issued. DA choose to not honor complaint! Management should realize, immature, ridiculous and retaliatory!!!! Unproffessiol conduct. Sounds thru the grapevine BAD KARMA is finally catching up to you and yours!!! Enjoy...stop taking advantage of the full time residents! The Vintages is a novelty. Real money dervired is from full timers....

One last note on the last review I wrote. If you don't have pets or use a little fence for them or having them change there regulations half way through your stay there is the issue of the smell. Google earth there RV site and you will notice a hug sewer lagoon just behind them and at time its unbearable to be outside you camper.

Sorry buy had to rewrite my first review since it didn't show up after I wrote this review. following up on this one they have a manager with a bad attitude as she stated (we cant please everyone) this comment was made after she changed the rules half way though our stay. We were told we could have a little fence up for our dogs as long as we moved it off the grass on Thursdays to let the maintenance crews get to the grass to mow or blow the leaves out as we did but half way through our stay they sent there staff around and told us fences are not allowed and if we didn't take it down we would be fined 50 dollars. We are very thorough about rules at rv parks when it comes to our dogs as they spend a lot of time traveling in a vehicle traveling with us that they have room to stretch also. She denied ever saying a fence was ok and said there policy states there is nothing saying we could put up a fence, but we replied saying not only did she say it was ok there policy didn't say anything about not being able to put a small fence up. The biggest problem I have here is I feel this was a bait and trap deal. They got us to pay for a month and half way through changed the rules knowing we could not get any refunds if we left early as we did, We just figured this place already lied to us so they might as well add crooks to there reputation and keep our money for leaving early because of what...
