Terrible experience with the owner, Garrett. Called him on a Friday evening to see if I could change Saturday morning delivery time. At first he couldn’t see my name on the caller ID and said something horrible about me to his wife. I won’t repeat what he said but it made me think twice about other customers that he had also perhaps talked about while they didn’t know it. I called Snap Financial and explained what happened. They were appalled as I was of what he ( Garrett) said about me and that I wanted to return the furniture or somehow be compensated by the owner of this “family run company “. So far, no satisfaction in returning the furniture without me paying an amount. Please watch your back when you are sweet-talked by Garrett, the owner. I would NEVER recommend him or his “Business “ after listening to him speak about a customer especially when they are on the line and in ear-shot of what he’s saying about you behind your back! I had to give the business one star because they didn’t have “zero” stars. His son Gary was very pleasant, he delivered the furniture and apologized about his father’s mouthy behavior. I waited some time after purchasing my new sectional to make sure everything worked well before writing this. Garrett and Gary are AMAZING. The experience was no pressure with lots of questions answered, explanations given, and the process was thoroughly understood. The delivery and installation experience was phenomenal.
