HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Me,my husband (disabled army veteran), my father in law(handicap after stroke last year) and my mother in law(just recovery after cancer) are all very upset and regret we picked this place for so awaiting vacation together😢

1️⃣Very pure and unprofessional service ‼️ 2️⃣ My mother in law found a cockroach in the room last night and couldn’t full a sleep 😱🪳 3️⃣ Restaurant is terrible 🥴You are getting not fresh burger for 20$ and on question “what do you have for dinner” waitress answers “look at the menu”🙈 Fortunately there’s plenty of really nice restaurants around that location and we had dinners rest of the week out of the hotel. 4️⃣ Constant constructions and noise from morning. Elevators to the garage didn’t work at the our side of the hotel and we must to go through all floor to get another elevator every time,but it didn’t work properly too. It was very inconvenient for my handicap father in law. 5️⃣ Bartender is rudest men I have ever met. He was rude to my husband at first night and didn’t let him enjoy the happy hours drink. After that situation my mother in low just went there and both a drinks for 💸 and waitress came to her and tried to kick her out. She said if my mother in low going just drink and doesn’t order any food she must to go out of the restaurant(it’s in the hotel!!)😥 6️⃣ Day shift front desk not qualified and rude. I already checked in online and I just needed updated digital key. Girl on the front desk said my card declined and I have to wait for a manager because she couldn’t figure anything out herself. Me and my husband waited for a manager,got call and came down to the front desk third time for the morning. And guess what? I was charged twice on 2 different cards even after I showed all payments went through🫤 Also they charged me extra deposits without even notifying me about that, I knew about it on the phone later. 7️⃣At the last night at 11pm my handicap dad and mom were seating on their floor next to elevator 30 minutes because their key didn’t work. My mom in low got down to update it,came back and it didn’t work again. I called to the front desk with the help request, nobody came to help. Me and my husband must to go down personally to make someone to fix it and only then they opened the door. 8️⃣Manager Stephanie is very unprofessional. Meeting her for me was explanation why is the service in this hotel so pure. I asked her for a minute to share my concerns and to get some solutions, she didn’t offer a seat or tried to take a moment to listen me and my husband, she stayed on the front desk with all her stuff behind listening conversation. On my comment of rudeness I met at the front desk, she said “she just asked you to bring card down”, no any apologies or negotiations like a professional leading manager. Also I asked her about 3 messages I got on my phone that morning there Hotel was asking me to leave my opinion and share my experience. I asked where does she want me to do it better in the same message or in google as I used to? And I got back ‼️“You can’t leave any bad reviews because you stay here with discount. If you leave a bad review about our hotel you’ll be kicked out of the Hilton program”. ‼️Said I was shocked to say nothing. Same as my husband and all guests around front desk at that moment. I think my review will definitely worth it because I don’t want any the other families come to spend money to same place and get so disappointed like we did. I would never come to the same hotel or use Hilton programs they offer if you and your family could to be treated in this way by the reason “you have a discount”. I’d happily pay the full price to the any another hotel to...

Hotel itself is clean and beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating and very kind. But what was a huge turn off, was that instead of individual throw away bottles of lotion or shampoo, they refill these bottles that are screwed to the wall! It made me feel disgusted knowing that somebody else showered in there and got their germs all over them. There was no bible, I know that's controversial unfortunately for this world, but there still was none. The thing that frustrated me the most, was it says that they have all these amenities and when we stayed there, which I could have picked the hotel that was directly across from the pier of Deerfield in the heart of all the restaurants and shops, I picked this one. It said it had a shuttle service, and two adult beverages. It also said it had free wi-fi. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time I was in the room!! When I called in the morning at 10:00 to ask why, they said that we needed a PW specific to the room. When checked in, they gave us the one that is for checking in so I couldn't get my phone to connect to the password they told me to put in (at 10:10 THE NEXT MORNING). So that amenity was out the window for my children. There was no patio chairs on my balcony and we were the only one in the whole building. It says as I recall, free parking. It was $26 to park all the way downstairs, as far as you possibly can away from rooms. By the time we were in the downstairs area at 5:26 PM to use the shuttle, we called the number and it was out of service! Then when we had to go drive and find somewhere to eat, by the time we came back our two beverages were expired, too. Of course they cannot give us that back, heaven forbid. I never got the two bottles of water for day one or day two. There was blood stains on the sheet and on the fitted sheet. The balcony door was so hard to open, that it literally almost came off the track and fell. I can only imagine it falling at four stories! None of the four people in my room could open the door. Once we did it was not fun to go back in. I asked more than once for them to help me with the Wi-Fi and nothing. The room itself is nice but I have seen so much better. I usually see things like an iron, which they did not have, sewing kits in case needed, and way more than six individual creamers for my coffee, which by the way they never came back to give me more when I asked twice and for the creamer. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I just don't understand how a place like this can charge the prices they charge and basically you get nothing. It seems like you get free parking from the website, unless I read it wrong, and it says you get free Wi-Fi. Again, after I put in the password that they gave me I could not undo it and I am not a tech savvy person so now my children went without any all night. As with those hotels, the TV is very minuscule in terms of channels, but the only movie that we could possibly find was John wick and we watched it in both rooms. There's definitely a lot better hotels to pick from and I'm super upset that the Wi-Fi did not work, the drinks were never given to us - adult or bottled water, and even not to mention the pull-out bag which was so ridiculous to pull out an engineer had to come upstairs to fix it for us. I cannot fathom how horrible it was. It was only worthwhile because my children enjoyed it as a vacation. I definitely will not want to return.

EDIT TO ADD: I EMAILED THIS BS EMAIL TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS. THAT WAS AUGUST 1ST. TODAY IS AUGUST 11TH. NOT ONE...

This is the review I wish I would have seen before we stayed. We traveled from the other coast of Florida never been to the Deerfield area, but stayed in many Hiltons and Embassy Suites.

Good: Ocean view was amazing, beautiful beach and life guards on duty till 6:30. The room layouts were superb, having a kitchenette, living room, dining table, and two bathrooms along with the bedrooms was amazing. Lobby was big and bright and smelled nice Staff was friendly

Bad- Most concerning- our room had a broken fridge to which I alerted the front desk and they sent someone from engineering. I was putting my son down in the bedroom with the door shut- walked out to the living room and the maintenance person had just let themselves in. He left a new fridge in the corner which was appreciated however not sure how he got in - I had the door bolted. Also the new fridge was definitely in storage the inside was covered in little dead bugs. The sliding door to the small patio had a broken lock which my six year old found- incredibly scary. Besides the safety hazard knowing the patio door to our room had been open the entire stay. I am understanding it was under renovations that was communicated. But it seemed devout of maintained and security. The pool was my biggest issue. The pool itself is falling apart which may be addressed soon In their renovations, however it does not excuse the scum line that went all the way around it. So thick kids were etching curse words in it.

The happy hour free drinks are a nice touch if they were even drinkable. I tried a margarita, immediately threw it away and gave my other tickets to someone else. The drinks were batch made, weak, and heavy on the mixer. The evening party, reception whatever you wana call it was a week line up of buffalo wing accoutrements. Random celery sticks, carrots and broccoli. People were eating them in the pool, by the pool, and everyone around the pool. It was gross. There was not monitoring around the pool area. I watched many locals walk in, take towels and take over the pool area. The pool chairs were covered in mildew and the whole pool area was covered in bird shit and birds because there were no bird lines only spikes in certain areas that the birds had made nests in lol. Over flowing trash cans, elevator doors and windows caked with filth. Someone made some nice falic art on the one elevator door. Food was overpriced- and because of the drinks I didn’t even bother to try it. We did find some food local places and did uber eats. The “gift shop” was my favorite. It was filled with normal tourist trinkets and a mess of dollar tree products priced at a 500% plus markup. Not saying dollar tree because of the quality, literal right off the shelf bpure and carus products. Snacks as well. Breakfast was included - went one morning and got kicked out because although located off the pool my 6 year old was in just swim bottoms and needed a shirt. Breakfast was fine. Hilton standard. Omlet station was un usable- one man working with a line out the door. So busy but had time to kick us out of breakfast lol.

Elevators are long waits due to only one working with renovations.

I honestly don’t know what I was expecting. It just seems un clean in many areas and just not Hilton standard.

Would not return until maybe some more reviews are given after full renovations.
