Their parking app has a flaw in which it double charges the public. It has done it several times to myself in the past to which I did not make a big deal out of it because it was only a few dollars, but this has happened too many times to the point it’s become something more than a mistake. I have emailed the app and contacted the app through other means and it’s the same old routine where it’s someone else fault. You know the blame game the runaround never able to find the problem although they keep your money.
