Best Western Plus Two Rivers Hotel & Suites — Hotel in Demopolis

Pictures were taken after we stayed the night 10/10 experience. We are not from Alabama. Initially we were gonna stay at another hotel, the Econo Lodge, that was in the middle of nowhere, look sketchy, and appeared to have an infestation. We aborted that mission and decided to look at other options. All the hotels near from Eutaw, AL looked of very bad quality.

Then we found this one, we called to ask if they don't happen to have an infestation here recently too and if they had good service. Weird to ask I know lol but I had to double check otherwise i would've kept on driving till we got to TX. The front desk guy was super professional with an awesome attitude, he assured me this was a 5-star hotel and have amazing, clean looking rooms. And HE IS 100% RIGHT!

We got here and oh god, the location and hotel room can not compare to the others. They care, not just about the inside of the room, but also the outside! They have wonderful outside decorations and a beautiful front desk that is well maintained, smells nice and a beautiful christmas tree.

The rooms were super spacious, really pretty white furniture, quality mirrors, beautiful bed sheet and curtain design, and lots of complimentary hotel room kitchen items and appliances.

Not to mention, the next morning the breakfast was top notch quality. Smelled nice, kept hot, tasted delicious. They had bacon, egg, and beef patty breakfast sandiwch and desserts. The coffe machine worked amazing too. You will sleep like a queen and/or king and wake up to some great breakfast. The best hotel ive ever stayed.

Then lets talk about location, it is at a perfect spot with grass in the front near a walmart and other stores. They even accept dogs here at a $30 fee. And they still keep the place and rooms clean, organized, smelling nice and having AMAZING service.

In July 2022, My husband & I were moving from Georgia to Alabama so my husband was in St Louis & I was driving a 26 ft uhaul truck hauling a Toyota truck attached to it & also had 2 dogs & 3 cats...I called & made reservations & let them know I had the animals & Willie said that's fine just bring them on so I did. The night I arrived Willie was there to greet me & told me where to park the uhaul, truck & trailer. So the next issue I had was getting my truck off the trailer so I could turn the trailer in. So Willie said don't worry he would help so the next day he called Mr Frank over Maintenance & he unloaded my truck. So we were there for almost 2 weeks waiting to sign papers on our house. But Willie & Mr Frank went out of their way to make my life so much easier for me until my husband came back after the 1st week of being there by myself. They were amazing along with the rest of the staff but Willie & Mr. Frank was superb !!! Can't Thank these gentlemen enough !!! Sorry my post is so long but just needed to tell everyone how awesome everyone was !!! Great job To Willie & Mr. Frank !!! Thanks...

Wonderful stay for my family and I. We reserved 8 rooms and they all were great. We love the clean and beyond comfortable beds. Very pleasant smell in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast every morning was amazing! We were happy the pool was open. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. They made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to suit or needs. Cleanliness thru out the entire hotel was greatly appreciated. The only hiccup was the inaccuracy of our bills. Several of us were charged different amounts for the same type of room. Margaret and Kiki graciously and patiently took the time to correct each persons bill to reflect the correct amount. Although our charges are still pending, it is our hope that our bills will be accurate once the processing is complete. Thank you for a wonderful 4 days stay!
