If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst I've ever been treated at a car dealership. The sales womam, Angela, that we dealt with was rude, condescending and just flat out unhelpful whatsoever. We were going to try and shop local and my wife stopped in a saw a GMC Acadia that she liked and Angela flagged her down and they talked. Angela didn't even know the full price of the car my wife looked at and told her she could work with us. I called the Angela and talked to her and the brief few moments that I did, I was shocked at the lack of uncaring and attitude coming through the phone. Angela told us that we needed to lower our standards and go for a cheaper vehicle due to our credit situation and basically said my wife was wanting too much with a $39k vehicle. Angela acted like she didn't want our business and was trying to put us in a Ford Escape they just got in on trade. I told her no and to stop trying to get us in a car we don't want and to stop helping us out. Angela then started back tracking and trying to keep me on the phone and I told her no thanks and that we'd take out business elsewhere. Needless to say we went to Tuscaloosai Hyundai and was in a vehicle by lunch time on Saturday. I will never ever, ever give my business to Townseend of Demopolis and if you're reading this review I would highly recommend doing likewise, unless you like being treated like your business and money isn't important to them and like being treated with...

For weeks I had kept watch on Townsend Automotive's inventory through it's super user friendly website. I researched the cars I was interested in, and when the time came I sought out Jonathan Hill at the dealership. I have called on Jonathan many times in the past to help with several community projects and he never, not once, hesitated to donate his time and expertise.
