We and another couple spent one night here in June 2025 on our way to Oregon. As others have mentioned, Brett was very polite and helpful when we arrived in leading us to two level sites next to each other that were just fine and nicely shaded. Full hookups were available, but we chose just electricity. Would’ve appreciated a picnic table and didn’t see a trash can, but those weren’t deal breakers. We could see and hear the trains at night, but only one was loud when it sounded its big horn. This place felt safe and secure (the gate is closed and may be locked) for overnight, not that this was a rough area. I would think that springtime here would be pretty, but in early summer we found it dry and bare dirt dusty, but fine for one night. I gave it four stars for the lack of anything but hookups.

Such a great rv park. All the great elements of a park are back & under the new owners, the place is so much nicer. They cleaned up the whole park, gotten rid of the trash element. & have been working hard for a year now getting it even nicer. Such a great location too, you can stay for a week, a day even a month! Last time I was there it had just snowed, what a lovely park with a view of the mountain. Now it's summer & alls green again. Give this place a stay. You'll be glad you did.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They claim they are dog friendly but they are not ! The manager is super rude and is mouthy with the guests . Watched EVERY move we made ... it was very uncomfortable .. lurking around in the night .. ugh ... we couldnt get out of there fast enough . Got into an argument with our friends that we're staying there too over their dog not being on the leash while he was 'doing his business' but was 2 feet from him watching him !!!( Was only off the leash while he was peeing mind you .. and then right back on leash ) . He was yelling at him telling him that's why he doesn't have a dog and we could leave if we didn't like it .. this was like at 8:30 pm ... so ridiculous then stormed away from us saying check out us at 11... ugh never had been treated so rudely for NO REASON .. do yourself a favor just do not stay there ... not worth...

I broke down on my way home from san fransico to phoenix right in front of this RV park. Although I haven't stayed in the RV park I highly recommend just based on how nice the owner was. He noticed me sitting outside with my hazards on and offered help and a ride into another town where the auto zone was located to get the parts I needed for my car. Genuinely nice people are so hard to come by and after having about 200 cars pass me in the 3 hours I spent waiting for roadside assistance his offer to help was so refreshing and gave me back my faith in humanity. So if you find yourself in Dorris, hopefully under better circumstances, definitely check out this cute little RV park because they deserve the...
