Executive Inn — Hotel in Dumas

The office stinks. The worker did not speak hardly any English. After asking 4 times, he finally had his young daughter come and ask me a question. It was 63 dollars for a room. The carpet was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. Very old, outdated room. Needed to be cleaned in several areas. The bottom of the bath tub was horrible. Once we finally got tucked in, people started yelling next door. This was a room that connects to the other...and the door had no lock. This people were yelling and screaming profanity and my two big kids got seriously scared. After 20 minutes of being able to make out entire conversations from next door at 11:30 at night, I called the lobby. They said they would take care of it. We waited. No phone call, no knock on the door. The party continued. It was so frustrating. Right at daylight, someone started knocking on the door next door. For an entire hour, the guy yelled, knocked, and beat on the door asking his friends to let him in. Oh, did I mention the shady sign in the lobby that says...

We stayed there one night a few days ago.||The place has been recently remodeled and it was clean and bright.||||The price was very reasonable without any negotiating.||||I found out the next morning after putting some stuff in the fridge that the fridge didn't work.||I had to plug in it and turn it on and it acted like it came on but all the stuff was room temperature the next morning.||:(||When I reported it when checking out I didn't get much of a response from the guy wearing a T shirt.||||Looks like there used to be a breakfast bar but apparently they don't use it anymore.||The manager is Jay Backta and all the staff appeared to be from the middle east for those that might care.||I might stay there again after I made sure the room had a...

I tried to make reservations at this place and the manager refused to accept my corporate lodging card....I am a holder of such card and this place is supposed to accept it.....he was rude and refused to talk to me about ....He said he did not accept the card.....there were plenty of rooms available and when I told him I had the card then he lied and said no rooms available.......and he hung up in my face....on my way to a nicer motel I passed his dump of a motel.....very nasty looking on the outside to say the least....glad I did not stay there. ....BEWARE YOU WILL GET MESSED OVER BY THIS NON...
