We had our wedding here and I truly cannot say enough—if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This venue and team delivered not just a wedding, but the best experience of our lives.

As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I’m very detail-oriented. The Chateau Grande and Orchard Park team went above and beyond in every single way. We originally picked the venue because it was close to home and fit our vision for a smaller wedding size. What we didn’t expect was a world-class experience that our families and friends are still raving about.

From the very beginning, everything was handled with transparency and thoughtfulness. Hope, our sales manager therapist and planner extraordinaire, was the first person we met and who set the tone for the whole journey. I had never planned a wedding before—and it can feel overwhelming. Hope gave me the gift of letting go. She is that rare mix of expert, realist, and creative partner. She helped me see what was possible, made sure my ideas and vision came to life, and executed every detail with care. When it came to dĂ©cor and design, she pulled everything together so the space reflected us as a couple. On top of that, Hope stayed on-site making sure everything ran smoothly—after a packed weekend of back-to-back events. You would never know she had other weddings; she made us feel like ours was the only one. That level of dedication is priceless.

The hotel itself was another highlight. The suite was huge, with more than enough space to get ready comfortably. It truly felt like the suite was designed with brides in mind.

Neesh, our event coordinator, was just as phenomenal. She was kind & responsive. She personally contacted each of our vendors, confirmed instructions so I didn’t have to. That kind of support is invaluable during wedding planning. Walking into the finished space and seeing how perfectly my vision came to life brought me to tears.

Justin, my bridal attendant, deserves his own standing ovation. I didn’t know what a bridal attendant did until I met him, and now I can’t imagine my day without him. He stepped in on his day off when my original attendant had an emergency and gave me the kind of care you can’t put into words. Justin anticipated every single need: champagne when I was nervous, fixing my veil and train so every photo was perfect, suggesting photo spots, even finding numbing spray for my shoes. He kept my famously late family on time and made sure I knew what was happening at every moment. My maid of honor joked she could go home because Justin had it all covered. Truly, every bride deserves a Justin—he set the bar high.

And then there’s the food—WOW. If there’s one thing every guest agreed on, it’s that the food was unforgettable. The cocktail hour was over-the-top in the best way, and the dinner that followed was just as impressive, with generous portions and incredible flavors. Our international guest list included American Russian, Jewish, Caribbean, and Latino families, and everyone raved about how good the food was. People are still calling us to talk about it. It didn’t feel like “wedding food” but fine dining experience flawlessly executed.

Special thanks to Cristiano, the Maitre D, who set the tone for the evening and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Every transition was smooth, every table was cared for, and our guests felt looked after at every moment. Together with the serving and bar staff, the service matched the excellence.

At the end of the night, my husband and I looked around at all of our smiling family and friends and said: this was perfect. Not just because we got married, but because the team at Chateau Grande and Orchard Park created an environment where we could actually enjoy the day stress-free.

To the entire staff—you didn’t just give us a wedding, you gave us memories we will cherish forever. You deserve all the raises, praises and accolades! You set the bar impossibly high for service, hospitality, and care. If you’re even considering this place for your wedding, stop searching....

We had our Wedding reception in the La Pomme Room of the Chateau Grande hotel. Our point person was Katherine D'Amico (Banquet Manager). The location was initially booked but we fell in love with the venue. After the 3rd try ,we were directed to Katherine who figured out a way to squeeze us in. We were elated ! Katherine is the empitomy of class and outstanding customer service! She went above and beyond, making sure every detail was perfect. Katherine was very sweet and accommodating. She literally said yes too all of our request. She even threw in valet parking for our guest. It was unbelievably wonderful. We could tell Katherine truly wanted to make our Dream Wedding happen and she did ! This was only God.

Orchard Park by David Burke catered the food. We had a food tasting before our reception. The restaurant decor was beautiful. The food presentation was on point. The hors d'ourves were amazing, especially the maple bacon on a clothesline. They were cute and delicious. For the entrees, we had the Salmon, Steak, and Chicken & Waffles. The Steak and Salmon needed a little more seasoning for our palate, but it was still tender and tasty. The Chicken and Waffles were great and we loved the spiced maple syrup. For dessert we had the cheesecake pop tree. They were festive and tasty. Our waiter was nice and very informative. We loved his food spiel. Katherine brought us a complimentary bottle of champagne for dinner. Who's better than Katherine ? No one ! Afterward ,she asked us how everything was and gave our feedback to the restaurant.

The night before our Wedding, we spent the night in the Gigi Suite. We originally booked \ the Antoinette Suite with 3 salon chairs for our wedding party. The hotel somehow made a mistake with booking and it was unavailable upon check in.That kind of sucked so the hotel through us a few bottles of wine to compensate. The Gigi suite was very modern, elegant, spacious and clean. We had a lovely dinner rehearsal with our family and friends . On the day of ,It was still great for getting ready with the 2 salon chairs and great lighting. We also booked the adjoining double queen suite for my wife and her best Woman. The hotel was very modern and chic, giving our photographer and videographer a great background to work with. Katherine coordinated with our vendors and gave us some time the night before to view the room for set up.That lessened our anxiety. She gave us votive candles to add to the decor. The day of the wedding was amazing. The Chateau Grande hotel is truly beautiful. It was perfect for our Micro Wedding. Katherine oversaw our grand entrance and event flow, while Reyna, Senior hostess catered to our closest needs, food, wine, etc. She was super nice and jelled well with us. Cocktail hour was a success.Everything was set up beautifully. The hors d'ourves were fabulous.Orchard park threw in few extra hors d'ourves at no extra price. Awesomeness ! My family and friends raved about them. We took very nice wedding party pics outside

The entrees were a different story. The food was served luke warm ,appeared and tasted as if it was pre-cooked and reheated. A few of my friends actually complained about how bad it was, rating it a 4 at most. That was Quite Embarrassing. You gotta love the friends who keep it 100 and transparent. I agreed my steak was cold, dry and tasteless. I didn't finish it. That was very disappointing ,especially coming from a premier Chef, such as David Burke. Was he even on site that day? I surely requested to see him to no avail. I don't believe he would have been proud of the kitchen's result. After all, I paid enough to put a down payment on a starter home in NJ. Oh well ! Ce la vie (Such as life) Lastly, the air conditioner broke and my guest began to drip with sweat as danced and celebrated our day. We could not open the patio doors due to the August heat. Not good !The things that went wrong were out of Katherine's control. Overall it was a...

this is a shortened review due to character limits- Full review can be found on wedding wire under review title "An Exquisite Venue"

I owe a huge thank you to the venues coordinator, Hope, who from day one assured me that wedding weekend would be perfect. You often read reviews that say coordinators that work for the venue is not the same as hiring your own wedding coordinator, that they won’t be there to help you make decisions along the way, suggest ideas when you are stuck on something and are merely a day of coordinator who lines the bridal party up and gets you down the aisle. This could not be further from the truth at The Chateau Grande. Hope was the most helpful, caring and knowledgeable person I met during the entire process of wedding planning, bar none. She answered every email (there were many) and texts promptly and would happily get a phone call to discuss things in detail at a moments notice. Hope was extremely flexible in every single way to ensure this was truly “our day”. Hope went above and beyond for each event we hosted, for the rehearsal, she spent hours setting up the candles on the tables exactly the way I had them photoshopped in my inspo pic, she made sure every napkin, place card, menu and our signage was perfectly placed and the room was lit exactly how I envisioned. Hope did not just get us down the aisle, she didn’t just show up that day, she truly built our wedding day with us from the ground up. Hope became a huge part of the wedding to me. She was an integral part of the process without whom I know I would not have had the bridal experience I waited my whole life to have. I can never thank her enough for everything she did. I know she went above and beyond for us and I am forever grateful for her. May 18, 2024 went by in the blink of an eye just as I knew it would. The ceremony was stunning. Immediately upon walking out of our ceremony we were congratulated by staff and handed our signature cocktails, very nice touch.I stressed to Hope throughout the year of planning that the quality and quantity of food is of the upmost importance to my family, specifically my father, who wanted to know that guests would never have to wait for food to be replenished at cocktail hour and that we added enough food options that guests would have an abundance to choose from. We also chose to extend cocktail hour to an hour and a half so guests had more time to enjoy everything. In my opinion this is an absolute MUST and worth every penny. I requested cocktail smoker tops for old fashions at the bar and the request was happily accommodated, such an elegant touch when guests ordered the signature cocktail. The reception was everything and more. The lighting built in to the venue once again, superb. We added our own uplighting package from the DJ as well but the lighting the venue has can easily be used in the event that you don’t want to do any additional lighting packages. Our guests were attended to quickly with anything they ordered at the bar. From salads to entrees, the food was top tier and cooked perfectly. Every detail of our weekend was exquisite. This venue provided such a high end and luxurious feel from the moment we booked with them. Luxury is a running theme at this venue and it is no surprise that a venue this well managed has the ability to accommodate your every request. I wish anyone who gets married the same experience that we had. I can’t wait to come back for dinner, weekends away and special occasions. The Chateau Grande will always hold the most special place...
