Park Chateau is where fairytale weddings come true! My husband and I got married there on April 1st, 2022. It was on Friday which means we were the only wedding happening that day; our vendors were able to come set up early without rush and the staff was attentive to every detail regarding our wedding. The non-denominational chapel onsite is charming and inviting, it was prefect for our ceremony. The cocktail hour was held within three connecting rooms; the covered patio and the library/wine room is our absolute favorite! The ballroom is heavenly with its high ceilings, chandeliers, fireplace, and wooden dance floor. It's their modern take on a chateau that appealed to me so much! Food: Come hungry! There's usually preconceived opinions on food and cocktails at catering halls or wedding venues, but let me tell you... Park Chateau exceeds all expectations. All the food was absolutely delicious. Not one complaint from us or our guests. They're famous for their cocktail hour with their vast food displays and stations, and many passed hors d'oeuvres. And they certainly know how to make a good spicy margarita - I had a few! "Over The Top" Packages: Early Arrival - Worth it! Got ready at 8am with my bridal party in their bridal suite. Logistically, it was nice to have everything at the same location. Breakfast and Lunch were served. Breakfast was pastries and fruits and lunch was mini wraps, veggies, and the most amazing pasta. Yes lots of carbs! If you're looking for eggs like an omelet, you'll have to figure that out on your own. The kitchen at the venue doesn't open until 10 or 11am, which at that time they're preparing lunch. And the Chateau Grande Hotel doesn't have room service for breakfast. I hired a day of coordinator - separate from the venue - and she picked up egg bites from Starbucks for me. Uplighting - Worth it! It definitely sets the ambiance. After Party Open Bar 1 Hour - If it fits within your budget it's really nice to have! It was the prefect way for our guests to winddown from the reception. They were able to grab another drink, sit and chat. It's not your typical after party with a DJ and dance floor. It's hosted in the cocktail hour room that's filled with chairs and tables. The Staff: Devin was our Sales Manager, she was the sweetest and answered all questions we had in a timely manner. Austin was our Maître d', he handled all the logistics and staff on the day of and is amazing in every way possible! Gemma and Corrine were my bridal attendants the day of, they are absolute gems! I got the "early arrival package" so my bridal party and I were able to get ready in their stunning bridal suite starting at 8am. Gemma attended me in the morning, she laid out all my details for my photographer and was consistently checking in to make sure I was hydrated and fed. She even spoke with my hair stylist to learn how to properly fix/place my hair if needed and pinned my veil. Corrine attended me in the afternoon through the evening; she carried my train and veil everywhere I went and laid them out perfectly for photos. She kept me well hydrated throughout the evening and assisted me with anything I needed! The staff made sure all my belongings were secured and even brought them back into my hotel room (at The Chateau Grande Hotel). To top it off Corrine and Kayla made sure I got back to the hotel safely! They went above and beyond and for that I can't thank them enough!

Hi! I am writing this from the brides prospective. I want to start off by saying I wish I could give an entirely separate review for bridal attendants and maitre D who took care of me the day of my wedding— Gemma, Ashley, Kerri Ann, and Riley were truly rockstars and they deserve 5 stars! My examples of why could go on and on! The food was also very delicious from this venue. I have several Disappointments— if you are booking a “daytime wedding” with PC I think you should proceed with caution, especially if you are using the hotel on premise. It will not be brought to your attention that the wedding the night before yours can potentially go until 3 in the morning or later. The night before my wedding, I got a good TWO hours of sleep. PCs night wedding had the grounds JUMPING until 3 in the morning. And then when that weddings after party is done, they come drunk through the hallways of the hotel. I was not expecting their after party package to go on this late and it would have been courteous if they shared with the am bride that they booked a wedding until 3am the night before so the day wedding can make other sleeping arrangements. Needless to say, the grounds were absolutely trashed for my wedding. No, I am not only referring to the lobby or the ballroom being trashed during my arrival.. I mean the parking lot was STILL trashed as my guests arrived. I had multiple guest tell me there were alcohol and glass and marijuana joints all over the grounds… My photographer stepped on a large chunk of glass while shooting our outside photos AFTER my ceremony ended. I brought this to managements attention and they brushed it under the rug telling me the grounds were only trashed during the bridal parties arrival, but this was false. Could you imagine if the bride stepped on glass injuring herself on her wedding day or one of her guests have? And then management not taking accountability? They promise you the bell cart will be pushed from venue to hotel and vise versa. I had to push the bell cart by myself, as the bride, at 6am while some gentleman in a 600k rolls Royce yelled out his window to me, “where’s your husband at? Why isn’t he pushing this for you? Where is the staff at?”.. I was embarrassed to say the least Final complaint, the salesman. We felt just like a number and certainly not a number that put a smile on PCs face. I would hear nothing for months, so if I reached out via email with a question, I would receive a blank email back with an attachment that had nothing to do with my questions. This happen several times. We asked for a few day extension for the second payment (self payed couple. No family help just needed a few days for a transfer). Sales manager told us he never runs into this issue and to basically figure it out or our deposit and the date was gone. It was a stressful time period, but all the lovely things I heard about PC in the passes, I figured it would be worth it! I was not expecting the 3am after party, PC grounds bumping, the hotel bumping with its own weddings, no sleep on my wedding night which reflects into energy and photos, and for the grounds to be absolutely trashed the day of my wedding to the point my photographer was stepping on glass.. with only a response of “well it looked like you were happy and your guests had fun!” … we did what anyone else would’ve done on their wedding day and made the most of it.

Words are not enough to describe the Park Chateau and the people who make it all happen. Our daughter said it best, it’s not just a venue, it is an "experience". From the moment we walked in we understood why our children didn't want to look anywhere else. The place itself is spectacular, magical, spotless, classy, elegant, and so much more. Our first experience was a meeting with Devin who dazzled us at our private food tasting. She was so helpful and filled our bellies with the most amazing and delicious display of food until we almost burst. Everything was so good that we didn't know how we would even choose what we wanted for our wedding and booked on the spot. We left there wishing it was a restaurant that we could keep going back to all the time! Months later came the official food tasting where the Park Chateau opens their doors to all the upcoming weddings and we were invited to a sit down dinner tasting with about 250-300 other people. Spectacular again!!! The food was unbelievable, mind-blowing in fact, but even more impressive was the feeling you got from every server, bartender, manager, valet, and owner. Even the head chef came out and introduced himself to every guest. We kid you not, you meet them all and one is warmer and more attentive than the next. We all got in the car and said we felt like we were a part of this big family. If you are lucky enough to meet Vito who is one of the owners, you will understand how we left feeling that way. His warmth, sincerity, and appreciation for your business is so overwhelming. We had smiles on our faces the whole way home feeling so lucky about having our children’s wedding at such a special place. The day of our wedding came, and the bridal attendants that were there to greet us at 6:00 a.m. were the most amazing young professionals! We were so blessed to have Francisco for the guys, Ashley for the girls, and Aleida overseeing as our Maitre d. They all had such grace and attention to detail with everything, and always with a smile. In both the bridal suite and groom's suite, not once did you have to ask for anything. They were always there doing something whether it was refilling the coffee and food, cutting a thread or a tag (we almost died when Ashley our bridal attendant pulled a mini scissor out of her pocket, she had a pocket full of anything you might possibly need), helping bustle the gown…you name it, they knew how to do it. They went beyond anyone's expectations. They were all so perfect throughout the whole wedding even helping to load the shuttle bus with us. We literally wanted to adopt them, and the bride and groom both said it was the best experience because they had these three amazing attendants helping them all day and never had to worry about anything even once. We were also so fortunate to have one of the owners Joe overseeing our wedding. He literally greeted and introduced himself to every one of our guests and made them all feel so comfortable and welcome. We received so many texts and calls about him and how special and magical the wedding was and how impressed they were with everything. They all said they had never seen an owner come around and ask everyone if they needed anything, not just the wedding party, but every guest! Don't even thinking of looking elsewhere, do not waste your time. Book as quick as you can because we had a lot of guests from all over and all walks of life, and the compliments we received on their food, the atmosphere, the staff, the venue, the kindness, the warmth, and more has been overwhelming and speaks to the kind of people who make the Park Chateau in a class of its own. We all know how important the food and the service are, but trust us, you get way, way more here. You will cry when you say goodbye to everyone and won’t want to leave at the end of your party. There aren't enough stars to even rate them, as far as we are concerned they are...

Park Chateau is unlike any other venue. The feeling you get as soon as you arrive through those gates begins a fairy tale. The first impression really is spectacular. From the pristine grounds to the service upon arrival, you are treated not only like royalty, but like family and in my opinion that is more special. Our first meeting was with Tom and he was truly amazing. He answered any question we had, and made us feel extremely comfortable. After booking our wedding we dealt mostly with Devin, who let me tell you is an ANGEL! For someone who receives thousands of emails a day, I don’t know how she does it. She was so personable, caring, and sweet during the entire planning and up to the day of our wedding. She always responded to us in a timely manor and made our entire experience stress free. The day of our wedding my girls and I arrived early for hair and makeup, as a hairstylist myself, the bridal suite was a dream come true. Getting ready in their was so relaxing and I know my husband felt the same about the grooms suite! Throughout our day, Dawn, Ashley, Joann, Tyler and Francisco made sure everything was taken care of and they did not miss a beat, nor did they allow anyone from our wedding party to lift a finger. They made sure we were all fed and even made sure my vegan bridesmaid had different food options, she felt so loved and cared for and that made me so happy. Special shout out to Pat who was sewing my dress while I was in it because it was starting to tear a tiny bit! She was brilliant and done in 30 seconds, I was amazed! They were truly spectacular and made the day so relaxing for everyone. Austin was our maitre d’ and I can go on for hours about him. We had the pleasure of meeting with him before our wedding and I was thrilled when we found out he’d be spending the day with us, although I’m not sure I gave him the choice! He treated us as if we were his family and put our happiness first at all times, we had so much fun with him, our entire bridal party still talks about how cool he was. Prior to our wedding during our tasting we were able to meet Mark the manager of the bar who was also someone very special in this night, we were able to discuss signature cocktails, I wanted something creative but not to difficult and we came up with a cool drink, we absolutely loved him! Also thank you so much to Oscar, Elizabeth and Arista for everything they did making sure the day ran perfect, and to all of the servers and bartenders, valet and coat check! We also had the pleasure of meeting Barry and Joe prior to the wedding, two of the three owners and it all came together of why this place is so perfect. They were two of the sweetest men and so extremely personable. They came over to us multiple times throughout our tasting to see how we were doing, they remembered our names and were genuinely excited for our marriage. The staff at Park Chateau far exceeds anyone’s expectations and we say all the time how we wish we could do it all over again just to relive our night with everyone involved! The morning after our wedding we experienced some drama from our florist who was supposed to pick up all of our centerpieces and ceremony arch and failed to do so. We did not have a truck big enough and we’re leaving for our honeymoon so the staff took care of everything for us until my mom could pick up the rest on Monday. They also had all of our things packed for us, and even our top cake tier with a personal handwritten message. This was the most touching gesture and I haven’t heard of any other venue doing this. Their personal touches really make you feel special and I can only hope one day to attend a wedding as a guest so I can come back! We truly thank each and every one of you for making our day the best it could have ever been! Our photos and memories will never do justice to how amazing our day...
