3 stars for service; because the night clerk gave great customer service. The rooms are surface clean, looks clean but aren't. Leave the door open and look 👀at the floor, you are able to see the mop lines. Don't try and wear clean socks then walk around without your shoes. The beds, OH MY! IF you like sleeping on a pallet on the floor you'll love them and the pillows aren't any better. There's a $50 deposit for cash customer which is fine but their policy of having to wait until after 9 a.m. to get it back needs to be addressed. As I explained to the front desk before I left. They need to bring someone in during the hours management isn't available. I don't understand inconveniencing your customers or are y'all hoping they'll just leave without their deposit because they've got something important and won't be able to get back through. I missed breakfast with my Mom because of this policy. I'm a truck driver and very rarely get to do things like that. So fix your policy. The lady that checked us in was not polite at all. Not a people person at all. Then the room. At first glance it looks as priced. Nothing extravagant. Dated furniture but hardwood type flooring verses that nasty carpeting. After showering we noticed the floor mat from the shower which we used it to stand on while out in the room so spouse could shower. Was nasty. Which was from the flooring being extremely unnoticeably NASTY. We had to use wipes to clean off our feet before we got into bed. The towel was pitched black. We drive truck and have a swifter that we use to wipe down the boxes (hardwood) floor. So we brought it in and cleaned the floor. For such a little room it took 4 mats to clean the little floor of our room. Also the housekeeping staff if you need anything unless you speak Indian well speaking to them is hopeless. Discusting‼️🤢‼️ Pictures from my room are below & you can see where a towel w/water is all it took to get some of this off. The room stunk of strong strong B.O., the air conditioner filter was moldy. The sink counter had a speckled design which helped hide the body of bugs and other substances on it. There were curly hairs in towels. Bathroom foot towel had dirty foot prints on it. When flushing the toilet it shot up above the rim of the seat. And no it was not a bidet. When I told the front desk and they handed me a bottle of glade.😑 Watched as the staff walked, empty handed, into a newly vacated, thoroughly trashed, room without any cleaning supplies, clean linen, or even a cleaning cart. I watched from the balcony as staff picked up the dirty bedding from the floor and remade the bed.
