I can't put a positive spin on service / going thru the drive thru seeing the car in front of us is waiting and it seemed to be a bit longer than it should of taken, in my car I have a special needs children that don't understand waiting but will scream until he gets food so several minutes later the car in front gets their food items selected and off they go, how I envy them, in my car I am told to move forward they are waiting on tots so we do being confused because nobody was behind us our order was A big kids nugget meal Fries Sprite Double cheeseburger kids meal Onion rings Sprite Honey mustard chicken wrap 8 cheese tots Double cheeseburger Large coke We received 1 double cheeseburger 2 cheese tots I think it was a chicken wrap, a bag of old over cooked nuggets ,fries, 2 Sprite and a large coke Management in dis belief when my wife returns inside the store I am still parked in the waiting of the drive thru that we were short a double cheeseburger where is the rest of the food so my wife returns to the car to retrieve the food and management realized that we had an extra cheese tots and thru them in the trash along with not noticing we were shy onion rings ,as excepted no ownership of problem she said it was policy to take the extra food that we didn't pay for and throw it away she replaced only the double cheeseburger that was never there and offered no other form of courtesy If management does decide to look into this they will have to look at both drive thru and front counter while I am in the car outside waiting my special needs child is not understanding why he can't eat yet and when he does his nuggets where to hard and dry so I gave him my double cheeseburger as we are traveling to our destination that was like pulling teeth to get what we should of had all along Please employees take in considerations that the people on the other side of the counter are having a bad day and only want to stop their children from screaming they are hungry we are not trying to interrupt your social hour with your friends I expect some waiting but for what reason you had to see the rest of the food and then throwing away the tots especially since we had ordered them too and would of probably ate them . BUT WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS IT MAY BE THE LAST STRAW FOR YOUR CUSTOMER AND YOU COULD HAVE...
Read moreThe food was decent however I ordered through your app and thought it would be quicker than usual. What happened was the opposite of that. I waited 20 minutes in line and when I finally got to the window I had to wait another 10 minutes because they hadn't even started filling my order. Should not have to wait 1/2 hr for fast food.
Update 7/4/21 I ordered my meal again thru the app thinking maybe it would be faster. Again I had to wait 20 minutes in 90° weather in a car with no ac for my order to be prepared.
I think Burger King needs to revisit it's delivery process for online orders and have the meal ready for pick up when the customer arrives.
After all if you have to wait in the drive thru line just to let them know you have a pick up order then wait 20 minutes for the order to be prepared what advantage does the customer have in ordering off the app?
It's a deterrent that will prevent customers from wanting to go to Burger King for their food. I hope this issue is address and a better pick up solution is found. Because Burger King has some good food and I would recommend it to my friends and family but for this one drawback I would not promote ordering off the app...
Read moreWent in for breakfast, the cashier seemed to be new/shy (myself being rather shy, not judging). After standing there for a minute, he asked to take my order - a fully loaded biscuit and a medium hashbrown. I noticed it rang up on the screen as "FLC" or similar, which I assumed meant croissant, so I asked. He had a manager come help him ring it in, and asked what I wanted on it. "Everything". I pay, and upon receiving it, see no hashbrowns. Turns out that never got put in, so I purchased that separately (annoying, but no big deal). Few minutes later, I get it and walk out to my car and open it to find the meats are all there, but no egg and cheese. I return inside, and explain the issue. The sandwich is returned to the kitchen, and a moment later, returned to me with an apology. I return to the car, and reopen - egg, but no cheese! I go in again, bypass the new guy and the GM approaches. I explain that "Fully loaded should be just that - and he trashes it and has a fresh one made, and provided a replacement HB as "yours are probably cold by now". The GM handled things great and the cashier may have just been new. Still, that's a lot of shenanigans...
