Budget Inn El Reno — Hotel in El Reno

On Route highway 66 and sunset drive it's a decent place to stay no swimming pool and no complementary breakfast and the room's are clean just got remodeled room's and I am pretty sure that they have a few that they are still working on and they have a few kitchenettes and there's a mini l dorm size refrigerator and a microwave in every room and the guest's can use their key card to get into the laundry room to wash and dry there clothes etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable Plus the the ice machine and a a soda machine is behind the office outside the ice doesnt and cost the guest's anything and the ice bucket is in the motel rooms with a small plastic bag is on the ice bucket to put the bag on the ice bucket the prices for the rooms are very reasonable plus try have WiFi to and a flat screen tv and cable in every room and a telephone in some rooms and they provide shampoo packets and small bars of soap Sonic is a block East of budget in across the street and plus the the first weekend in May Elreno,ok. Has there Big burger day festivities and Elreno is known for their famous Fried Onion burgers down town and everyone is invited to come there will be a fried onion burger contest for the fried onion burger king and queen contest who can eat the most burgers and there's intertainment on every corner of the street and some vendor's and tent's set up and the local burger business men and women will be cooking and selling the famous Fried Onion burgers at the tent's and there will be some clasice vehicles parked Downton for everyone to see these classics and so much more festivities for the Old and Young The Elreno fire department will be preparing and cooking the gigantic famous Fried Onion burger and the gigantic famous Fried Onion burger will be located between Beckford St. And Choctaw ave. I would give it no stars if possible! Clearly from the reviews, they have not even tried to fix anything in the past few years so don't expect them to at all. We are a pipeline family so I understand how easy it is to go here because it's cheap. But just don't do it! When we first got there different people were running it because the owners were out of the country. We had no problems whatsoever until the actual owners came back, the younger guy was extremely rude and definitely shouldn't be running a motel with as horrible customer service as they had. New housekeepers came when the owners got back, pretty sure the new ones were family to the owners. They would not clean the room. I would sit outside so they could and they would ask me to go inside and get the towels and trash. Didn't make the beds and the only time my daughter's bed got made was when they got sick and I asked them to wash the comforter and change the sheets. This happened twice and he was very rude about it. Just laziness, didn't have a replacement comforter so told us just to take the comforter and sheets off and they would deal with it the next day. Came to my room and was extremely rude accusing me of not letting his relatives (housekeepers) clean the room, was completely blown away! The housekeepers WOULD NOT clean the rooms and ask me to bring them the things and then tell the owner I wouldn't let them! We have been traveling for years and stayed at several different places in different states and was never treated this way. Just make sure the comforter is clean if you HAVE to stay there. They don't have replacements and apparently only clean the sheets once a week and the comforters never from what I can tell. Oilfield people, search around El Reno first, we found a way better deal and left the room today. Will let all our friends, family, and pipeline friends know how awful this place was and they will not be staying here....

Was working in area and stayed 1 night and kept room for next day....had a family emergency (son was in icu 95 miles away) and was unable to stay next night....had to pay $55 to get my stuff and could not let my friend that was working on same job stay in the room..she was going to have to pay $55 to stay also....they were Extremely Rude and hateful...I didn't have a problem paying to get my stuff but to be told I couldn't let someone else use what I had already paid for because of my emergency I couldn't understand.....they just insisted they would have to double charge for the room......I drive a pilot car and have stayed there many times when working in that area so I was not a complete stranger to them.....there are two males that work that treat you decent the 2 females are very very rude ......I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness as I was Sunday......I would not recommend this motel to anyone for any reason after my experience...
