I live in El Reno so this is the only Sonic within close distance. I came here the other night and service was slow and terrible. I waited over 40 mins for drinks and one meal! First no one was answering at the stations so I then went to the drive thru. Wait time was long there, but at least I knew I'd get heard. The woman taking my order seemed confused. She paused during my ordering and she was talking to someone for a few minutes and then came back to me still confused. After waiting 10-15 mins in line I finally came to the window where my drinks were given to me and the guy said they were just waiting on my sandwich. He left the window open. All you could hear was chaos and disorganization! The workers weren't communicating and they were moving extremely slow. I waited another 10-15 mins at the window before someone even paid attention to me. Then the guy threw a bag at me and said here. I was so excited to get something I started to drive off, but when checking my bag I found it was someone else's order! I pulled into a station to push a button but luckily I seen a carhop and told her about my wrong order so she went to correct the issue. While waiting again I heard several other incomplete, wrong, and unheard orders. Finally, after what seemed like forever I had all my items. The only highlight of the visit was that they had big red. Read moreI will always be proud of my towns sonic! They have become a cornerstone in our community here in El Reno. Today I ordered through the app and got 3 wraps 3 cheeseburgers 2 floats Everything went smoothly through the app. Pulled into the stall checked in and had my food within 3 minutes which was awesome because they only had 1 or 2 stalls empty. Samantha was my carhop and she brought out the food with a smile. I started pulling out and we noticed one of the wraps was missing and before I could even pull back into the stall fully Samantha was already trying to figure out what was wrong. We told her about the missing wrap and she apologized and got it taken care of immediately. She served a few other vehicles while we waited and they had another car hop bring out our missing food. Everything was so quick and simple I couldn't believe they did it while busy like that. Read moreThey took over 5 minutes to answer when I pushed the red button even though there were only 4 vehicles there at the time, and some were already eating. They didn't even bother asking me to wait a minute, until almost the end of the 5 minutes. When they finally came over the speaker they basically just said hello, nothing else. I told them my order and asked for my burger to be cooked fresh and told them to take their time I wasn't in a big rush. I used to be a manager at Sonic, so I know how long it takes to make a (fresh) hamburger. They had my order out in about a minute and a half. So I think, okay no biggie maybe they just made fresh burgers. NO, THE BURGER WAS OLD AND COLD!! When I asked them if they were sure the burger was fresh they replied with confidence "yes it's a fresh burger" they lied straight to my face for no reason other than laziness.
