Super 8 by Wyndham Emmetsburg — Hotel in Emmetsburg

We got a Jacuzzi room. When we started running the faucet in the Jacuzzi, the water was rust brown; we let water run down the drain for 15 to 20 minutes and it was still relatively rusty looking. The next morning we went to let the front desk know And the woman told us it was because we did not let that water run for long enough. We told her we had let it run for about 20 minutes(picture is after 15-20min of letting the water run) The water was so dirty. The jets on there was little scum bubbles on the Water. I've had some bad experiences at Super 8's in the past, and I wasn't expecting much from the one in Emmetsburg. It turned out to be a very nice place, though. The desk clerk was very pleasant, the room was immaculate, they had a shower with excellent pressure, and there was quality coffee in the room. The breakfast was what you'd expect at a Super 8 (no meat or eggs, but otherwise quite nice). The only real issue was that the Wyndham app said online check-in was available, but it doesn't actually seem to be in use at this location. While I didn’t stay here, I unfortunately booked a stay here through United hotels which booked through after the location I was looking for was autocorrected to Iowa instead of Idaho. After being stuck on a call with customer support for over an hour the Expedia representative tried to avoid giving me a refund by hanging up after the owner gave her permission to do so.
