i had to change my rating as i learnt they train employees to "throw it back into the fryer for a second" as their policy on "reducing food waste to save money." which is possibly more disturbing than the knowledge that they're taking advantage of impressionable youths by paying them less than minimum wage for "training," while refusing to adequately efficiently train employees in order to keep them on a "training wage" and thus keeping employees eligible for reduced pay by claiming they're still training employees. they will continue to "train" employees for months- if they even train them at all. it's apparantly common practice for management to vaguely demonstrate job duties once and demand the new hire immediately remember all details. that is textbook discrimination and also illegal.

it's a shame, truly, that this privately owned branch of this well known chain is operated by such unsavory individual who feel comfortable risking customers safety with unsanitary practices. especially when they're charging outrageous prices and underpaying...

Great customer service makes food taste better! Family of 7 pulls up to drive thru..most people go "oh boy here we go". But the staff was Awesome! They took our order got everything right AND labeled each of the orders with stickers so it was clear who got what.. on a road trip with crying babies hungry toddlers and grumpy kids..showing patience while ordering and understanding changes on the fly is incredible. You just don't usually get this from fast food places. Smiled the whole time. Super friendly!! Blown away by the experience. Yes the floats...

Time and time again this A&W location delivers on courteous staff and delicious, correctly prepared food. Also the restaurant is always clean. Great job A&W! (Honestly, a lot of other restaurants could take lessons from this A&W location on how to operate.)

One time passing through, my wife and I saw that the parking lot was full, so we turned around and ate here for lunch. Glad we did because the town knows this is the place to eat! We now stop in for lunch every time we arr travelling through from Okoboji.
