Blurry Bigfoot Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Emmetsburg

This is a two-direction drive-thru stand. We were in town visiting family and stopped here on our way home. It was just 10 minutes before they closed but I was in dire need of caffeine. As someone who's worked in the service industry before I know how annoying this is so I asked them for the easiest caffeinated drink. They advised that a vanilla cold brew with cream would be quick and easy. I hesitated because I usually find cold brew to be too bitter and acidic even though it's not supposed to be. I didn't want to hold them up so I accepted their recommendation. And, I'm so glad I did! It's the BEST cold brew latté I've EVER had! The cold brew was amazingly smooth with good roast on the beans, the drink was not too sweet, and there was not too much ice.
