We showed up to this hotel after a 9 hour drive from Texas after being on the road for the past 3-4 days from Florida we check in and head up too our room with our two toddlers and had family swing by with pizza since we got in so late … we’re all sitting around watching tv eating pizza and at this point it’s 6:45 and the room down below me starts banging for minutes straight on the ceiling .. I was a little confused so I called the front desk to let them know and the young girl informs me “he complained we were loud and he has to work tomorrow” so I understably said okay well we have two toddlers were all just sitting around not even doing anything but walking from the living room area to kitchen if anything to grab pizza or my toddlers are just walking around because it’s only 6:45 and we’ve been in the car for days .. I mean I can’t tell a toddler too just sit down and not move? I asked if maybe she could move us to the bottom floor instead of the third before we finish unpacking all our belongings so we don’t cause any more trouble for this man . She tells us she’s gonna call us back and call her manager and tell her what’s going on and see what she wants too do .. 20 minutes go by and we get no phone call back which we were leaving anyways to go visit other family in town on the way out the young girl behind the counter (who’s working alone after informing she’s only 18 , no uniform regular crop top and jeans and no other staff on site not even a manager )that the manager said we can just stay in the room he checks out tomorrow anyways .. this is around 7:30 at this point .. cool sweet no worries . Well we get back around 9:30-9:45 and the young girl is now informing us we need to move rooms … we are at this point carrying our two sleeping toddlers in our arm just trying to get to the room and hurry and lay them down so they can go too bed . Fine so we move to the new room on the first floor and there’s MOLD all over the floors … we go to the counter and inform her will need a different room that won’t work I mean it’s everywhere ! She calls her manager and tells us she’s on the way , I tell her we are gonna go to our room and lay our kids down to just let us know when the manager gets there at this point we’re just exhausted and ready for bed . Manager shows up in slippers pajamas … already unprofessional but whatever and is demanding we move “now” and they have no other rooms available so we have to deal with it … well we politely asked if we could just stay in our room for the evening the guy leaves tomorrow anyways and we are going to bed our kids at this point are asleep on the beds , still she wouldn’t budge .. I asked her if she could move him since he’s the one with the issue I mean we at this point have tried EVERYTHING to be cooperative but we’re pissed it’s 10 pm now and she says she’s not moving him because he’s a loyal customer … I was just baffled , We have been from Florida to Oklahoma stayed in 6 hotels now and haven’t had a issue we are extremely cooperative and just wanted too go to bed . she tells us she is now gonna call the police because we wouldn’t move to this room and we need too leave … we decide at this point it’s not worth the drama and if we will just leave .. again we awake up our 2 and 3 year old for the second time and start heading out , on the way out we noticed someone placed a bag of trash and liquor bottles at our door . Please just save your time and money these people are just looking to take your money and god forbid you have a issue they have just plain out terrible customer service and just rude people in general , definitely far from family friendly.on the at out of the hotel after carrying all our stuff out and kids she says in a rude tone “have a great new years” … cops did show up and didn’t even go side to speak to them sat and chatted with us and he was extremely polite and was just as baffled that they were this uncooperative . We thankfully ended up at the Hampton inn by Hilton down the road with way better service and the manager was incredibly...
Read moreI am staying here for 5 days as my school send students for a week to Integres Bass for clinical. Majority of students chooses AirBnB but I want to try something different. And I think choosing this hotel is a big mistake as |the morning frontdesk agent doesn’t have any customer service skills.|I showed up to the frontdesk and without looking at the computer she already told me that there is no room to check me in this is 12 PM, that’s fair because check in is at 3. So|I asked for a pre check in and to call my cell when it is ready. She could not find my reservation in the system and told me the problem as if she wants me to resolve it for her. So I told her to call the IHG to help her. There’s nothing I can do in my end as I already gave her all the information given to me as far as booking. She seems confused,so I called the IHG member services for assistance. The rep told me that they will call and speak with the frontdesk. Hotel phone rang, and I heard the agent refuses to talk to IHG and states “the problem is the reservation is not on the system”. The agent could have made a reservation and put a comment in there about the rewards night that is prepaid. I decided to have a lunch and let her do her own way. So I asked to just call me when she resolve the problem. I asked for assistance with the luggage so I can go to store while waiting for my room. She refused due the liability this may cause. |It is obvious that the agent does t really care about their guest. Walked in there didn’t even ask if I need some water which I was supposed to get as welcome amenity. Keep in mind it is 100 degree weather. There was no smile, and when she was talking to the IHG she trow the pen intentionally to the wall showing that she is upset that they called her. She did not even call the housekeeping to check if there is a room she can accommodate an early check in. While she sitting at the back office. 3PM no rooms to check in she doesn’t even bother getting out of the office to ask housekeeping.PM crew showed up and in less than a 5 minutes the PM staff was able to check me in. The stove vent in my room was never fixed I called for maintenance multiple times. Gym has mold stain. I checked out the agent says my bill is paid for by the IHG. But now I have charges in my credit card that’s supposed to be paid by the IHG. I like the room as it has a kitchen which is good if you like to cook but if you don’t .. just stay somewhere else … or better...

I rented a room at this hotel for a friend who was traveling through. I’m shocked at your misrepresentations. Upon arrival at 8:00 PM, which should’ve been more than adequate time for you to clean your rooms, my friend entered to find a filthy room, a full trashcan and debris from someone left behind after lugging his luggage upstairs, he was moved to a lesser room, where the refrigerator kept him up all night And the TV didn’t work. Who is running this place. How disappointing to learn that your false advertising included lying about a free breakfast in the morning so instead of getting to relax before driving another 8 hours, my friend was forced to pack up early rather than relaxing in his hotel room, and sleeping in as planned. And you had the nerve to slip a bill under the door, early which I asked you not to do because it was my bill. Do you honestly think it’s fair charging me full price when he was moved from the suite because your employees never checked to see if it was ready? I will be addressing this with my credit card company, and you have my promise that I will never utilize my IHG account again. You should be ashamed of yourself. Beware of these substandard practices and misrepresentations when choosing a clean safe place to stay. No body towels were provided to the room, which wasn’t discovered until it was too late. The clerk was rude to my guest upon exit. I never heard from the manager personally as I requested, but she had time to respond to the review when I called several times to speak to the manager, I finally reached her, and she acted like she didn’t know who she was talking to. Then she proceeded to tell me she was going to end the call, before I even spoke she claimed I was “talking over her, and she hung up. Nice professional attitude.
