Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Enid

afternoonI was in a "not so good mood" last Friday but was hungry. Remembering I did not bring my lunch from home I had two choices. To starve, or snap out of this Friday funk. I frequent Pizza Inn on a regular basis and have done so since my arrival to Enid. Of course, it was busy being the reputable establishment I've grown to love and not to mention crave. However, I put on my game face with full gear of attitude and into the front doors I went. Lo and behold I was greeted by the most friendly, outgoing, charismatic, not to mention Charming young man on the other side of the glass. He had no idea what I was going through that day but his professionalism and personality showed me the he treats everyone that comes through the door with the same dignity and respect. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got someone else's order then a pizza that they felt is what I ordered instead of giving me what I ordered. Everyone confused and this wasn't the first time second time I ever ordered from them, they said they never received my order yet I had a confirmation number...come on y'all do better or close doors. I've been a total of about three times and each time has been different and not so good. Wouldn't recommend them if u have time sensitive things either...15min after ordering online two outta the three times I've went I've had to wait at least double that because they start making it when I get there instead of when I ordered it. Smh very disappointed and probably won't go back a fourth no matter how good...

The order was wrong so I ordered two pizzas one pepperoni, one sausage they made a sausage and a supreme. We did not want and when I explained that order was not correct when I came to pick it up the girl that did it was very defensive and didn’t know why that it showed up as a supreme max and when I asked them to remake both pizzas since I was gonna have to wait for them to make the one they did not make correctly she said to the girl next to her it could just be put in the warmer. I was standing right there. She had an attitude and I didn’t like it. Therefore, they shouldn’t even get but one star rating.
