Jamestown Mattress — Hotel in Erie

Worst warrenty out there. That “30 day comfort guarantee” they have is bogus and doesn’t do anything but paint an image in your head to make you think they care which they really don’t once they get your money. I would find a mattress company that has a longer warrenty and better return policy because there really isn’t anything spectacular about the mattress at all. We have had pocketed coil beds before but never experienced a bed to shake so much like this one. This bed shakes so much and is so uncomfortable that my husband and I don’t get any sleep because all we are doing is tossing and turning all night. Joe, the salesman in the Erie store location, will try to throw that 30 day warrenty out the window by saying “ Sorry you don’t like it but there’s nothing we can do, it’s like driving a car off the lot.
