When I called ahead to ask them if they had time to look at some pieces I had, they were more than willing to check into it. I brought my items in and told them my intentions of not selling, just wanted a price point, they were very pushy to get me to sell on the spot. I was told if I came back later that day, the offer they'd come up with would be terminated and would refuse to work with me again unless I sold on the spot which was never my intentions. The man also BROKE my antique Italian candle snuffer and didn't even apologize or offer me any compensation!
