I'm just writting an honest review here. We stayed one night. We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon after a 2 1/2 hour car ride. This hotel was the closest one to the event we were attending. When we arrived the lady at the front desk was more than helpful. She let me know the room was gonna be $260 for the night. Which she obviously knew was too much but this isn't her fault in anyway shape or form. She let me know there was another motel 5 minutes away that was cheaper but even less nice than the econo lodge. We decided to stay with econo lodge even though it was outrageously priced. This place does need extensive updating. Carpet in the room is worn and stained. Bathroom floor is seriously worn. Tub grab bar had massive amounts of rust. Musty smell when walking into the room. Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. Blankets on the beds are thin (look for the fleece blankets in the closet and one was in the small dresser/TV stand. The room had a small table for two. A microwave which was clean and a mini fridge with small freezer which was also clean. Bathroom was clean other than issues stated above. Small bottle of shower soap and 2 small bars of soap and 4 packets of sanitizer wipes were in the bathroom. Ice bucket in the bathroom with 4 small plastic cups. Hotel does have a ice maker in the hallway, also a vending machine but we're were informed it didn't work and not to use it. The 2 staff members I came in contact with (lady at the front desk and a younger gentleman at the front desk, im so sorry i didnt get their names) were again more than helpful and polite and were doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. When we checked out the lady who checked us in the night before checked us out and she was also cleaning rooms at the same time. Never take anything out on staff members as the updates this hotel needs and prices are more than likely out of their hands and they are just doing their jobs. There is a ihop in the same parking lot and a onvo gas station/convenience store attached the the ihop. Onvo was convenient for drinks/snacks for the night. Has a mini gambling room with 4-5 slot like machines. If you eat at ihop and tell them you are staying at the econo lodge you get 10% off. Take away, the room wasn't great but service was and it worked to rest our heads for a night. Pictures were from when we're were checking out just so you get an idea.

Huge stain on the one bed, but otherwise clean rooms and friendly front desk attendant.

I don't even know where to begin, upon check in we learned that your place of business has no elevator, which is not posted anywhere on your website, it just states that you have handicapped accessible ramps. The front desk person Sam was able to put us in a ground floor room, upon entering our room it looked like one of the beds had been sat upon, and the duvet cover on the bed I was sleeping in was extremely dirty looking, stained had a giant black mark on it, housekeeping wasn't available so I folded the duvet to as far down as I could without it landing on the floor. I always travel with a throw blanket to I used that on my bed. Our room door that led out to the hotel hallway deadbolt didn't work at all, we reported this to Sam at the front desk he said he would let maintenance know, we were unable to use the wifii in your establishment on our first night as we weren't told the correct wifii information when we asked Sam the front desk person all he said was that no one else was having a problem and he would report this to his manager. My husband even brought his tablet down and showed Sam the error message he got but all he said was he didn't know. The next morning my husband went down to the front desk to ask them about our concerns regarding the door, and the duvet covers, including the wifii issue and the morning front desk person had no idea as not message was left for them. Our room keys only worked sporadically, we were never able to enter our room from the outside we always had to go in thru the hotel entrance. The last night we were there our keys didn't work at all, the front desk person I didn't get her name had to re-key our cards, several times before we could get into our room. The young women I didn't get her name on Saturday night was extremely helpful, gave us the correct info with regards to Wifi she called her manager regarding our room keys and our door's deadbolt not working and She came down corrected our keys but was not able to correct the dead bolt situation. We were woken several times that night after midnight by loud people in the hallway, and in the room next to us, and then around 1:30 am someone was standing outside our hotel door the one that goes out to the parking lot directly screaming I LOVE YOU at the top of his lungs for 5 mins. So for all these reasons I would not ever recommend this...

We stayed at the Econo Lodge in mifflintown for a wedding this past weekend It was hands down the dirtiest hotel/motel we have ever stayed at! When we arrived it smelled musty and iI noticed a  big huge YELLOW STAIN on the sheets along with huge hole when i I went to ask for new sheets the housekeeper tried handing them to me as so say iII needed to change the sheets.  What in my dress clothes for the  wedding? Inappropriate! The carpet was gross and damp and smelly. The only thing that work was fridge and we kept 2 bottles of water in there. we got up and out of that room at 6 am There was bugs in the  bathroom along with water all over damp  dirty floor I had to put all the towels down on the bathroom floor because we didn't want our feet touching the floor. There was visible mold near the tub area. We did not even open the shower curtain because there was no way we were going to take a shower there. We slept for about an hour complete that night because we were so grossed out I didn't even want to be in the nasty bed or have them sheets touch me. worst night sleep ever

AADVERTISING FREE WIFI  DIDNT WORK AT ALL ONLY ONE TV CHANNEL WORKED WE WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND YOUR CHOICE HOTELS

That was the only place to stay in the small hick town or we would have left immediately  I suggest you put a little money in the hotel because it is the only place to stay in the area for a wedding venue at the farm and people will want to stay,

I however will never stay at another...
