IHOP — Restaurant in Fermanagh Township

So even though we waited in line for about 15 to 30 minutes and the food took 15 to 20 minutes the food WAS hot! Everything was good! People need to be more understanding about waiting because MAYBE THEY ARE AHORT STAFFED BECAUSE OF PEOPLE NOT WANTING TO WORK!. saw a couple walk out after waiting 15 minutes and then there food literally came probably right as they got to there car ... WHAT A WASTE! IHOP maybe consider charging people 15% of the bill upfront or something to avoid waste, also inform people that since they will be waiting for a table explain that they may experience a longer wait time for the food... everyone on the staff was friendly, over heard a girl saying she had cried because of something happening on her first day!!! SMH IF YOUR WAITING FOR A SEAT YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR YOUR FOOD PROBABLY! COMMON SENSE have some patience....

I don't really do this Review thing but here I go.. To start off Me My Wife And My Son decided to go in to eat around 1:50 or 2:00 We stranded there about 15 minutes or a little more to have some one give us a table. The older lady gray hair was rude while we was being polite after standing there waiting for them to attend to us she had no smile in her face we said please and thank you totally ignored us.. other lady that took our order was very nice blond hair.. but to be honest we don't think will be coming ever again.. I started feeling sick to my stomach same did my wife then my son throwing up when we got home then it was me and my didnt feel good at all doctor could of been good poisoning.

I think this place needs a food...

Besides the fact it's Just opened in the past two wks and there following strict guidelines for the virus, we did wait to be seated about 10 mins but the host man I believe the DM was extremely good at customer service and the restaurant was extremely clean and well done in my opinion.. I watched the interaction with severs and guests and it seemed to be stellar.. Our server was good, being a server myself for 20+yrs I tend to be critical in my reviews but I believe your dining out should be a experience that you wouldn't get at home eating a home-cooked meal.. Our food was great😋, we had the omelet&chocolate chip pancakes and watching football on one or three big screen TV’S was an added bonus🤩, very well done IHop!!! Keep up the...
