Shoshone Bannock Hotel — Hotel in Fort Hall

Horrible experience. Traveling late, decided to stay. Checked in late and upon arriving in the room, I always check for bed bugs at every hotel. I found a bed bug on the bed and immediately called the front desk and the staff member did not seem concerned at all. I demanded another room as it was 2am and there was no possibility to leave and find another place. They reluctantly gave me another room but I couldn't sleep much with the anxiety of finding another bug. I asked for the manager numerous times without any communication or contact information other than " she will call you". When checking out, I was given a complaint form with no follow up, and no return calls or messages. Terrible customer service and very unclean. I hoped for a better experience as Iam committed to supporting Native Tribal Businesses/Entities. But this stay was very disappointing and disgusting. Had a lady harassing me, calling from front desk phone all morning, I don't know how this individual got my room number, asking for some one that was not in my room. After last call, she came knocking on my door hiding the peephole. I never answered because didn't know who it was until later I saw this individual, they stated it was Jaycee furnace. I have never had no contact with this person. I would think motel personnel would not release any names or room number out to just anyone. DONT know about their policies. We went here for my brother birthday.. The restaurant was the only good thing sports bar had awesome food. The casino does not pay out at all. I won 81 games on 🦬 buffalo got only 5 dollars in all those spins. The games pay out very little if that. The hotel room has old furniture in it and the dusty smell to it.
