Stay somewhere else tonight. Charged for scratched TV, and they blamed my service dog, Ghost. A cool $250.00 right off the card. They told me they couldn't provide photos unless their general manager sent it, which is not standard protocol. (Thankfully fiance manages Marriott hotels, and I didn't believe what they had to say) They provided a photo, shot in a dimly lit room with no indication that it was my room. Just a blob of a person shadowing most of the damages on the TV. No before photos of the room provided, but why would they do that? When they can just falsely charge me? A classic he-said-she-said case. We also have paperwork from vets office showing Ghost was groomed, nails clipped, and tidied up before I ever hit the road, before we ever got to the hotel. To be directly blunt and honest, the room and stay was great. They're just struggling, and realized there's money in doing this type of accusation, and very little the accused can actually do. I'm going to a well known publisher who's taking on my case for review, so she can broadcast this type of charge to more people, and put the property on blast. My hope is 1) general manager and front desk manager (who is actually general managers wife, by the way) are removed. 2) hope no one else gets themselves in this situation. Please take before and after photos of your room, especially when traveling with your service animal. I have yet to speak to the general manager. Also had the displeasure of emailing his wife, who was not helpful and was the one who told me the GM could only send photos. I got the photo 6 hours after the charge. My brother and I were in the room the entire night with Ghost as well, which they can review on cameras. What could have been a really enjoyable stay for a tired all nighter drive turned into a $250.00 nightmare. The only thing I can do at this point is call them out, and thankfully the internet is good for that. Do not let them accuse you, TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE AND AFTER your rooms WHENEVER you travel. You don't have to learn like me! Stay somewhere else until their management has been clearly trained better, or removed. They can literally keep that photo of the TV, charge you, and that's that! The struggle is real, but this isn't the way. I'd still love to talk to the manager, but it seems hes been on a conference call or out of the office for 2 weeks now. Must be really busy! Thanks, hope you guys succeed in...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Fort Morgan, Colorado, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service provided by the staff at this establishment goes above and beyond what one might expect from a hotel in this class.
As a contractor with a demanding job that often leaves me with dirty clothes and long days on-site, the Fairfield Inn & Suites stood out for its extraordinary commitment to guest satisfaction. What truly sets this hotel apart is their willingness to accommodate special requests. On not one, but two occasions, they washed my clothes promptly and delivered them to my room, neatly folded within just over an hour of dropping them off. And to add to the impressiveness, both instances occurred late in the evening, with my last drop-off at 8:30 pm.
This level of efficiency and dedication to guest comfort is a rarity and deserves commendation. It's clear that the staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites takes pride in going the extra mile for their guests. That dedication clearly comes from Ms. Hubbard, the manager, and how she's instilled the same spirit in her team. Great work guys!
The newly renovated rooms are not only comfortable but also a testament to the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality. The fresh and clean accommodations create a welcoming environment that significantly enhances the overall guest experience.
As someone who typically refrains from writing reviews, I feel compelled to share my positive experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. This is not your average hotel; it's a haven of exceptional service, convenience, and genuine hospitality. If you're in Fort Morgan, Colorado, and seeking a hotel that goes above and beyond, look no further than Fairfield Inn & Suites. Your comfort and satisfaction are guaranteed in this hidden gem.
Special thanks to Ms. Hubbard (manager) and her awesome team for making our out-of-state work trip feel like we were a little...
Read moreDo not stay at this hotel! I brought my two kids here to enjoy the pool before Christmas, my brother got us the hotel room as a Christmas gift. Come to find out a check and get the pool is closed, which was completely OK they had to repair something it was not a problem. We only ended up staying Tuesday night, and I checked out on Friday. Saturday morning I get a charge, Christmas morning, for $32. I called to try to figure it out and they told me that I stole their towels. I tried to talk to a manager about it but nobody was available. I called for several days to try to figure out what happened, but Wednesday the charge turned to $52. I left my number for the manager. She never called. Finally I went up to the hotel, I tried to speak with her about it very calmly and she wouldn’t even listen to me. Told me “no you stole our towels”. Told me “we don’t even rent to locals” which they never said at check in. THIS WAS A SCAM. I wouldn’t be surprised if they do this often, and that the reason they don’t rent to locals is because they don’t want people coming up there to argue about charges. I even gave the woman the benefit of the doubt, and told her maybe one of the housekeepers took it, but she insisted that I stole every towel and washcloth in...
