This is only a 1 star review, because you can't post a more negative value. That is what our stay should show as. The treatment by staff and management far overshadow the attached pictures. On the second night of our stay, even though we already said to ourselves we will endure the unclean and shabby appearance, Kate the overnight staff came knocking on our door past 11:15 PM. PM, as in we were already in bed. "Our manager forgot to tell us, there are renovations planned for this room early in the morning and we need to relocate you to another room. She then took my wife to a smaller room on the first floor that hadn't been cleaned. We spoke up about leaving, and she said the manager, Sushil Patel okayed for you to stay in the original room for the night. This is close to midnight after Expedia, whom we booked through tried to call her, and she wouldn't answer it correctly, so my wife had to take her phone down to her. She wouldn't originally answer with the hotel's name. The hotel staff told Expedia they will charge us not just for the two nights we were there, but also half of another day we weren't even there, declaring cancelation policy. Even though Amber, at the front said to our face, they wouldn't. Mr Sushil Patel doesn't communicate with his staff and his staff are either ignorant of what's happening or are liars. Our bank will stop payment and reconcile the egregious charge. These are some of the pics of the hotel room they put us in. Dirty hand prints near shower wall, hair in shower, multiple cigarette burns on the comforter, water damage and possible mold on the wall and a nasty stain on the fitted sheet. Also our room didn't have a microwave, which is a paid for amenity. Kate, said we can get you one in a couple days. AVOID AVOID AVOID this overcharging dump. They need a new manger and new staff or to close up completely, if Days Inn by Wyndham is paying attention.

This entire hotel stay was a testament of “you get what you pay for” but I still feel as if we overpaid. From check in to check out, our group was disgusted. We were met with a leaking ceiling in the lobby at check in. They solution over the 4 days, a bucket. The continental breakfast was a loaf of white bread, 6 stale muffins, and a box of Walmart cereal that was poured into a fruit loops container. Cops were called one morning to remove a deranged man who had broken into a room to shower. He was escorted out, in a towel. There was human feces in the hallway for hours with no attempt to clean it. And the worst part, our rooms were not cleaned during the stay, so when I went down to the lobby to get clean towels, I was told I needed to go back up and gather the dirty towels to bring down and exchange them. I was absolutely not doing that. It’s not my job as the guest. The staff was unhelpful and rude when it came to resolutions

when I travel with the family we always try to stay at a place with breakfast... that usually saves us at least $20.. I would say this is by far the worst breakfast of any hotel we stayed at.... I got at the breakfast area at 8:27.... there was only a few things of toast and cereal... there is no milk... I asked the front desk if they had any more milk they said that's all they had... weird because the cereal was still very full... the coffee was also empty... we ended up going to McDonald's down the road. as soon as we got to the second floor there was a heavy presence of marijuana smell... Our room had vulgar language on the door written in sharpie... It is a good location to the stockyard but obviously with any good deal comes with a reason.

Staff is hit and miss guy at night accommodating like when the room keys get messed up and need to be redone ladies in the morning not so much both our keys didn't work and took them to front desk lady wanted to argue and say key wasn't good as in like I tried to bring some I found on the ground or something and was trying to get them activated and scam a room out of them even after giving the room number and the info of the rental name room was booked under and that was booked for two adult guests she kept them saying or more like accusing me still of lying or trying to get over on them by acting like she was trying to reprogram the key cards and saying they were never programmed for the room I was saying and won't work like as to mean like they are a one time use and it's not possible to reprogram even though the room I gave she looked up and verified the info I was saying to her and I've only like had to reprogram the same exact key cards she held in her hand like 6 times over the 4 days we were there but still said I would have to go get the other party which happened to just come around the corner and had to show I'd she then took the same cards she had in her hand I gave her and reprogramed them the ones she said couldn't be etc also had given the cleaning lady all the towels outside my door and sat trashcan outside the door she said she would bring back towels etc so I waited inside by the door and she never came back she was like five rooms down so I figured ok she is probably going to wait till she gets down here so i sat back down and eventually i heard my trashcan get sat down and i figured she was about to knock with the towels or set them at the least by the door go to door open it and grab trash no towels or anything she's gone was about to shower before I had gave her my dirty towels and was expecting her to just grab some and bring back but she didn't which was fine so I patiently waited and still nothing so I called the front desk I told them what happened and i needed towels could u send to my room as quickly as possible I need to take a shower and go to work they said they would never happened after 15 mins I get fully dressed go down to desk from 3rd floor by the way and they said I must turn in dirty ones for clean ones I told them I just spoke to you on the phone and explained what happened no one came with towels and I have none I can turn in she wouldn't give me anything lol and just kept repeating herself like I didn't understand the concept of the strict exchange system the have in place for they're fine linen it was ridiculous they instead of taking the customers word had to radio the house keeper and verify what i said before i could get anything and when she did i got one towel we booked for two adults and I turned in two sets each set had two lrg towels two face towels and two wash cloths which was supplied when we first got there in the room even if why is it so hard to just give up some freaking towels needless to say was a headache and 25 min ordeal so no shower bird bathed for work and then we have this sorry excuse for a breakfast hope you like white bread and 2 choices of cereal frootloops and raisin bread and powder milk cuz that's what u get for an extra 20$ a night vs other hotels in the area without breakfast oh and yesterdays or years orange juice that has lost its color and was warm sitting in one of those rectangle pitchers with a lever least I could change the bread into toast oh and my favorite you cannot leave the dining area with your glorious full course breakfast which i did anyways nobody is going to tell me i have to sit and eat in a designated spot at a hotel of all places dont worry guys i wont go feed non paying guests my two slices of toast and froot loops or whatever they are worried about happening place is a joke as far as how they act like they have this 5 star place all in all go somewhere else anywhere in same area is better and cheaper and if they have breakfast its more than toast...

DO NOT STAY HERE I Have stayed in Hotels all over the world and, This Hotel, is hands down by far, the absolute worst experience.

I am here in Fort Worth for a funeral with my family for my uncle. I am not from this area so as one would do, I googled hotels close by, this hotel was easy and close and on Google it says the price per day. The advertised price per Google DOES NOT MATCH!, the rate is nearly double the advertised Google rate. I asked if they had any bereavement rates and he looked at me like I was speaking Russian.

So, I said, it's ok I don't have the energy, I get my room key and get into my room, the A/C is off so it's hot and humid inside, then I go to lay down and it's clear that my bed sheets have not been changed. There was someone else's pubic hair in the bed and it's gritty.

Still, I didn't complain. Then the following morning I use the restroom and there is mold and mildew all over the floors and walls, the vents haven't been cleaned, the tiles have hap hazardly been attached and the shower head leaks all the water out of the back.

Still I wasn't going to complain.

Then I run and grab some Dutch Bros coffee and come back. It's still "Breakfast" in the lounge, so I go to see what's left as it's 9:00 am and late in the hotels breakfast. They happen to have some (Very small) blueberry muffins and so I grab two on a plate and start walking to my room. The front desk lady opens her office door and screams at me from the door as I'm half way down the hall and says "No food from breakfast in your rooms"

SERIOUSLY! THIS IS ABSURD. I SAY TO HER MAAM THAT LITERALLY DOESNT MAKE SENSE.

I couldn't clear consciously not leave this review. Hopefully this will save someone else from making the same mistake and choosing this hotel. From the price I paid I could have stayed at a much nicer...
