One Star Because Zero Stars Is Not An Option: I filled out my survey prior to sending this correspondence to the corporate office. At this point I felt it necessary to ensure I communicated my experience(s) with this store in as many ways as possible. I've left bad reviews for this store before, but it's way past time for somebody to say more. I have been going to this store for a few years and it's steadily gotten worse. I've had enough! They skimp on the toppings, the store is never clean. The bathroom is worse. They are constantly out of core product. Every time I'm in there they've had yet another complete roll over in staff. The training of the constant stream of new faces is abysmal or non-existent. It's either chaos or confusion behind the counter. More often than not, it's both. Nobody that works there wants to be there, they're never happy, and the few times I've actually seen a manager, it's obvious they don't want to be there either. Today was the last straw. There were 6 people with simple orders in the store and it took more than 30 min. to get my food. When I got my cold-cut wrap, I got two pcs of cheese, a ton of spinach, and they skimped the rest. I know better than to ask for more of anything here, because it's always another charge at this store. Then when I asked for "a little ranch" they literally drown the wrap in ranch dressing. It was almost inedible. If I had wanted a spinach salad, I would have ordered a spinach salad. All of these issues taken together for such an extended period of time points directly to poor management. I will continue to choose Subway elsewhere, but I will never go into store# 38438-0 again. I'd rather lick doorknobs in Wuhan China than eat at Subway...
Read moreI generally don't leave bad reviews, but Subway needs to change. After not eating here for years, for reasons similar to this, I decided to give them another try. The restaurant is clean and nice and they even had 2 employees there today. Long line, so I decided to order online to help myself and them out while standing in line. I got to the counter and told her I ordered online to speed things up for her and she told me I could take a seat and she would have it ready. I did and was working on my phone emails and lost track of time. I noticed that at least 3 people that were behind me were leaving. almost 20 minutes had passed since my online order so I stood up and made eye contact to remind her if she forgot that I am still sitting there only for her to finish off 2 more customers. After all this she literally threw our sandwiches together and said nothing when I still even thanked her after making me wait so long. To top that off my turkey sandwich tasted fishy and I've had an upset stomach since lunch. It's something similar every time I've been over the last decade. Just plain sucks, all the way around. Read moreI ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. One on a Tuesday then the next day Wednesday. Both days there was no Egg. Then today I ordered an online order and the facility was filthy, not one mask, no hair net or hat on any employee and all the employees were taking turns going to the CBD / Vape store next door. 2 of the 3 present employees went there while I was present. The employees used the register to ring someone out and only changed one of their gloves. Nothing was cleaned and unfortunately the employees that I witnessed today were all smoking and atrocious in their way of up keeping the store presentable. I do not blame them. I blame management for not correcting these issues. I do not recommend eating here at all. You will regret it. I wish there was something good to say because I hate sounding like a “Karen” but seriously there was nothing good about this store and any good reviews on here about this store is from a hired person.
