QUALITY INN?!?!? This is the furthest from a Quality Inn I have ever encountered. This place is disgusting and needs to be torn down or COMPLETELY gutted and redone. This place was a dump , absolutely horrible… had to change rooms the first one was so bad. There was part of a glass broken pipe in the AC unit, carpet powder or white powdery substance on the second room AC unit, it was hot in the room, cracks in the walls, stains all over the carpets, cigarette holes in the comforter, spit wads on the ceiling, roaches in the drawers and roach poop, broken mirror, pieced back together bathroom counter, broken luggage cart, super hot lobby, no bacon or sausage on the breakfast the attendant a nice Hispanic lady said that there has not been any meat since she worked there, juice machine for Apple and Orange juice had been broke for a long time too she said and Tampico was served instead, litter and trash ALL OVER the property, most of the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them, blood spot on a comforter in the second room, THICK mold in the AC units as well, asked for the manager to contact me several times and no contact was made by the mgmt team, emailed the manager at their Gmail address that I was provided and did not get a response back there either, the white linens were brown and stained. There was so much air freshener and deodorizer to hide the stench of this place, baseboards has so much dirt and hair in them, left over soap bar in the shower in the top corner, holes or divots in the shower with exposed fiber glass. Think twice before staying here or pay extra to stay elsewhere. Very sketchy area!! There was a huge fight in a room one morning where two people were yelling and screaming. There was about 8 cats that they were feeding with several pet bowls. Probably trying to keep away mice and rats. I noticed in other reviews that the place has had the same issues with other guest. They say thank you so much for letting us know as we are doing things to better the place and getting these issues fixed. Well, laughably these issues are still there and comparing my stay to the past reviews THEY ARE GETTING WORSE. This is an obvious and blatant lie they are telling guest to try and get them to stay here. The young girl at the front desk said that the manager had told her that there was nothing they would do and if we did not like that we could leave. Would NEVER stay here again!!! Words and pictures can’t even touch the surface of how nasty this place is.

I politely told staff we found a roach and we would like to get a refund and leave. She first offered me another room which was odd and acceptable if you clearly have roaches. I offered to show her the video and declined another room. She told me she can’t refund it. A manager would have to. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they weren’t in office right now. I asked for a contact card, which had no names, just a number. I had to call Orbitz and dispute. I also asked for proof on paper that I had checked it, a receipt. She first didn’t want to give it to me until I politely demanded it. While on the phone with Orbitz a rep tried to call the office and was he was placed on hold until they hung up on him. They emailed me less than 24 hours later stating they could not get in touch with staff and I wont get a refund. Now I have to call corporate and make a bad review because they wouldn’t just refund me because THEY HAVE ROACHES AND A FILTHY ESTABLISHMENT. I will get my money back and I hope they clean up the place.

There was a cigarette hole burned into the bedspread. The chair in the room was filthy and stained. There was food on the floor from the last visitor. All of the lamp shades were beat up and stained. The rack for hanging up clothes was totally rusted. There were multiple poorly patched holes in the ceiling and walls. The tiles on the floor were buckled and coming up. You could see light and feel warm air coming in around all four sides of the door.The dresser looked like someone had dropped it off a 5 story building. There was some kind of really strange stuff growing in one of the bathroom lights. There were only two towels, 2 rags, one hand towel and a rug in the bathroom. They were all stained. There was no hairdryer in the room. The toilet paper holder was recessed into the wall and was filthy. The sprinkler heads were falling out of the wall. The A/C worked - but was very loud and kept us up all night. The curtain was too narrow for the window. I want my points back!!!

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to. I would have left but I used my points to reserve the room for two nights. There were no shelves in the fridge. There were stains on the bed linens. I stayed there only 3 nights even though I booked it for 8 nights. The pictures online are very deceiving, this motel is run down, old, and just straight up nasty. I booked a non-smoking room but the stench as soon as I opened the door was disgusting. It smelled so bad. The floors were dirty and had hairs everywhere it looked like they had just done the bed and placed some “clean” towels on the rack and some toilet paper. The desk and TV stand/dressers were full of food and sticky. There were giant spiders everywhere and cockroaches on the floor I had to put my luggage up on the chair because I was afraid it would get in my clothes. I spent 3 days there and I was terrified every night. There were guests screaming and having fights right outside the room. There were homeless sleeping outside and there was always something going on, I felt very unsafe. Not once did I get service. I had to go to the front desk and ask for some fresh towels and more toilet paper and they never bothered to come and clean or take out the trash. I left for the reminder of the stay, I came back and on the 6th, 7th, or 8th day they still hadn’t cleaned anything. It was the same as I had left it. The couple times I went in to get some breakfast the breakfast attendant followed me and asked me what room I was in, I told her and she left me alone. The breakfast was underwhelming, after I served myself I saw her gluing her fake nails back on. I lost my appetite and left without eating. The next morning I went back for some juice and some yogurt as those items are sealed. She asked me the same thing and kept watching what I grabbed. I was pretty annoyed and bothered by this. I understand it’s a sketchy area but she had seen me the morning before and you need a key card to even access the building that early in the day 6:30-7 AM anyway. Like they were watching how much people are eating and grabbing, I thought breakfast was included with the cost of the room rental. The pool was gross, old and all tiles were broken. On my way into the lobby through the pool the corridor smelled so bad. There was dog food and dog treats on the floor everywhere. I had seen the receptionist earlier take out her dog through the back door. I don’t mind dogs but having your hotel look and smell like that is disgusting especially when it’s and employee doing it. I was very grossed out during my short stay. I booked a different hotel room across the highway in a different area. I had to spend more money to book a nicer hotel on top of what I had already spent here. I couldn’t cancel or change my booking. I tried calling the receptionist multiple times a day and never answered at the front desk. I was tried to answer some emails in the room but the internet sucked too, one of the days I was there it never worked. When I wen to the lobby I asked the receptionist if there was a place a could quietly do some work on my computer she said no because all the areas in the lobby were private. Not even in the dinner or the offices they have in the main building. I thought it was strange as every other hotel I’ve stayed at even had a small office station with a computer for guests.My stay overall was disgusting and...

This hotel was terrible. We booked this hotel for my husbands birthday and got two rooms so a friend could come with us. Upon arriving the hotel did not want to give us the second room that we paid for in advance even when being shown the confirmation making check in take way longer than needed. This hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood and there were many sketchy people hanging out around the hotel as well. We picked this hotel based off of the website pictures and the price. Once getting to our rooms we noticed that they smelled of smoke and pot which was irritating since we booked nonsmoking rooms. When we went to get on the bed there were yellow stains on the bedding as if it hadn’t been washed recently. When going into the bathroom it was dirty and also looked like it had not been cleaned. In the second room they had the same smell and and even worse looking bathroom which all looked nothing like the pictures that are on their website. We went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and were told we would have to contact the website/app we booked through who told us it would be the hotel manager we needed to speak to about the refund / the manager is the one who approves or declines the refunds. When my husband talked with the manager /customer service he is being told that we can’t get a refund because it’s against their policy which makes no sense. That the best they can do is give us a refund for one room or get points for free future stays. We didn’t stay once so why would we want to try to stay again. And if they can refund one room without it being against policy why would they not be able to do both rooms that we didn’t even stay in. Not to mention the rooms we hot when...
