I was very impressed when I got my phone and service just over a year ago, they made me a great deal and fit my phone with a case for free..I've had nothing but great and professional service.That is until I came in for an upgrade and also to get my fiancee a phone and add him to my plan..I ended up with the revvl 4 which isn't an upgrade to my lgk40 that I had except in storage space..but the agent told me this was an excellent phone..I should have checked into the specs because it doesn't have the NFC chip, and the audio is not loud..my fiancee was pushed more to the lg k51, which like the revvl4 doesn't have NFC..but the worst part came two weeks after we got the phone.It just died all of a sudden and wouldn't come back on ..we took it to the store and since we had insurance opted to trade it in under warranty, but had to wait for the new phone to arrive, after 2 days the phone just came back on, so we decided to hold off on the warranty phone, but three days later it turned itself off and again wouldn't come back on, we went back to the store and went ahead and opted for the replacement phone, my fiancee left his old phone with the store, but they want $20 activation fee for the new phone, which I think is bull, because they sold us a faulty phone and I paid insurance for it, I shouldn't have to pay for activation.We went today and they told us we couldn't have the new phone because we have to pay the 20$ activation Fee..so my fiancee asked for his phone back and when he got it back the store had not only removed the gorilla glass off the front of the phone they also took his sim card..the phone came back on a little while ago but he can't put service back on it..I'm very upset with this store, if my fiancee had dropped the phone or caused damage to the phone himself I could understand the activation fee, but it's a faulty phone which is not my fiance's fault, it is the makers fault for sending out faulty phones and the stores fault for selling it knowingly or unknowingly.This is not good business and I am seriously thinking about taking my business to another provider, These guys are really nice it's a great store but something like this makes customers like me feel like I'm being held accountable for...

I didn't like the way they tried to charge me 40.00 for the c cord and then sold it to me for 25.00 only to find out it wasn't the actual cord but a cheap cord that 1 week later destroyed my 500.00 phone.😞😞 Now I have to buy a new phone today..to me I feel scammed and played by metro dealers its like they trying...

We were out of the door in probably 15 minutes with the number transferred to a new SIM, and a new phone setup. Highly recommend this store....
