Hotel — Hotel in Four Corners States

The service here is mixed. Took twenty minutes to check in. Pools at the spa are not as hot as I'd like. Was here 3 weeks ago and the steam room has been out of order since then. Some crazy slick concrete here and I've seen multiple people slip. The kitchen in the creek side suite was laid out really poorly. This beautiful cabin on the river was perfect for us and our friends. The fireplace was a nice touch, and it was really quiet even with the next-door cabin partying most of the night. One of our party was on crutches, and they were very accommodating in finding us a cabin with easy access. Housekeeping and the restaurant staff...

It's a very beautiful place!!! I was not expecting it to be this beautiful. Everything inside was beautiful as well. Things felt new, there was a lot of room, the bathroom was fancy. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It was all good and all perfect. 10/10 for sure and I would 100%...
