The location is great. Nice in between spot for day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Wifi was rough. All gravel. Bathrooms need some work. View was nice. Close to highway so there was a fair amount of road noise.

The cabin was adorable, like new, and clean. The person checking us in was helpful and nice. It was however next to the road so I didnt sleep much.

Good RV campground just 30 min away from Bryce Canyon National Park. The cabins were also available.

Please be aware before booking ||1)The “Rustic Cabins “ they do not have a washroom or a sink you need to walk up to to main bathroom building.||2) The rustic cabins have 2 “single “ beds to sleep on. If you are tall there could be issues||3) We pulled down the scratchy thin bead spread to look at the sheets as we always do to inspect before sleeping at a hotel/motel. We were surprised to see there was only 1 fitted sheet under the thin bead spread and it had blood drip stains on it. (I have pictures to prove it ) ||4) We were also told by the office a top sheet for under the thin bead spread was an extra $10 (unheard of ! )||||Absolutely blown away by the whole experience we asked for a refund and left. ||Had to find a hotel that wasn’t booked at 7:30-8:00 at night...fun||||Positive note...the lady at the front...

Loved our experience here. Checked in on July 4th, and the staff were welcoming and helpful in recommending best available options (we didn’t have a reservation). Stayed in one of the camper cabins, and it was very well appointed, especially for the rate! Beds were standard coil mattresses, bedding provided, with a mini fridge and microwave in-cabin. There was even a propane heater built into the wall, which was great, because it cools down a lot at night, even in summer. I perfect respite in between tent camping destinations.

Bathrooms were older, but taken care of. My husband thought he had walked into the women’s bathroom by accident, because the men’s was so clean!

Location was convenient to Bryce, and Dixie National Forest, with plenty of meal options available in the area. Would...

This place is right next to a busy road that can keep you up at night. They do not allow you to reserve a spot, just a night which somehow I did not take note of when doing the online reservation. So when I showed up and asked for a specific site they informed me they decide which site I will get?!? There were plenty of sites available so it should not have been a big deal to give me the site I wanted but no. The pull through RV sites all cost the same so it was not as if they were going to get more money from the next guy. Well maybe if someone shows up without a reservation they could charge more? I personally would not recommend the park for an RV as there are many other better sites close by that are not right next to a busy road and you can choose the best...
