Red Canyon Village Cafe — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Not really a cafe we were hoping for. Looks like it could be a nice little diner with lots of seating but they only have pre-made very processed microwaved breakfast sandwiches, bagels and donuts. I bought some sandwiches because we were starving on our way to Bryce canyon but we didn't end up eating them after looking at a long list of very processed ingredients. Amazing ice cream - $8 for the largest 2-scoop cups I've ever seen. And the ice cream itself was creamy & delicious.

Staff was nice, patient & really helpful. We could tell they take pride in their work.

Worst experience ever, first the person working the counter couldn't follow simple instructions. Then when we said don't toast the bread, still smothered the bread in oil and gave us sandwiches covered in oil.
