Based ourselves here for 16 nights whilst over from Scotland. Initial impressions were good. Arrived late and security checked us in quickly. Provided codes for entry gates and door access. Additional $150 charge was taken at check-in for cleaning - warned about this in advance. Positives - the house is large and spacious with all necessary facilities. Large fridge freezer, washer & dryer in the utility room which was great for refreshing clothes before we came home. Two bedrooms both with ensuite which was ideal with two daughters having their own space. Absolutely fantastic location for accessing Disney parks - 15 minutes and we were within the car parks. I can't stress how convenient this location is for the Disney parks! The communal pool areas could really do with a bit of a clean but we came during the off season so I suspect it might be cleaner during the hectic summer months. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced for our pool days. If you pop down to the pergola on the water some turtles will swim up and see you which the kids loved. Areas which let the hotel down; Our jacuzzi hottub didn't work properly. Raised the issue with reception on two occasions and didn't get resolved. Very disappointed as this was a major part of why we booked this resort. I was too tired by the time we got home to chase up with reception for a third time so I will raise my concerns with our travel agent. Despite being advertised as "sleeps 6" the 2 bedroom property doesn't come with bedding for the sofa bed. I want aware of this before travelling and ended up having our 6 year old sleep with us every night. This is perhaps something my travel agent should have made me aware of but again I am raising it with them. The garden area was generally very grubby and needs some TLC to bring it back to life. Dead lizard has been baked onto the ground and lots of disgusting looking stains on the walls and ground which needs painting to restore to former glory. Finally the property could do with a deep clean, despite charging an additional $150 it felt like oniy surface cleaning had been done and even then it wasn't good. Dirty marks on the kitchen units and tiled floor was filthy - made my kids wear their shoes to stop their white socks from being dirty before we even left in the morning. Overall the issues didn't ruin our Disneyworld trip - issues mentioned above did leave a sour taste in my mouth. Would I stay again. Yes. Based on location and large house I would consider it and hope my next home is fully functioning and in good cosmetic condition.

***READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY*** Will probably choose a different resort to stay at next time. We stayed in one of the 4 bedroom townhomes with a pool (The pictures online look way nicer than in person). We started our vacation off with the King bed breaking as my husband (average size adult male) sat down on it. They were quick to come fix it before their handy workers left at 5pm for the day (check in is at 4pm, which gives you less than an hour to make sure your home is okay aka beds don't break). The beds also creaked so bad that you couldn’t even sneak into bed to keep from waking your infant if you wanted to. My infant would crawl around on the floor and his hands, knees and tops of his feet were disgustingly dirty as if the floors hadn’t been washed for weeks. The couches were also very dirty for being leather. There was a dirty hand towel in one of the bathrooms that looked like someone used to wipe their makeup/lipstick off with. When I called the front to see if there was staff that could see if the unit was actually cleaned, as there were signs it was not, they told me to hang on and then hung up on me and never called me back. We are aware cockroaches live in Florida and it doesn’t bother us to see one (only one preferably) but there was an infestation of roaches hiding behind the dishwasher which we didn’t find out until the last days of our stay when we realized when we were gone in the evenings and turned the lights back on to see tons of baby roaches scurrying back to their hiding place behind the dishwasher. We had to then take all of our belongings outside and shake everything off before we left with our things, not to bring any home with us. There were also tons of dead ants on the upper stairs in the house (again I don’t think this townhome was ever cleaned or not cleaned well before our stay). One positive thing (and the reason for 2 stars) was that we loved the shared community pool. Our infant loved crawling into the “beach” pool instead of always being held in the water. The location is also great and close to everything including Disney! Unfortunately in our case, there were more negatives that outweighed the positives. Read the reviews and maybe keep looking in the area for other resorts/rentals.

Okay so hear me out this is an HONEST review... I didn't know if I should give 3 or 4 stars and I will completely explain why.... location was outstanding for being close to the parks. Safety was top notch because it was in a gated community the pools and lakes were great and kept super clean. The mattresses seemed new and were very comfortable. But the townhouses need some updates and intense cleaning done. First I'll start with the minor stuff, their was dust and cobwebs in the corners of all the rooms. The coffee machine lid did not close, the hall walls going up the steps were really dirty... I understand they are high traffic areas but they need to be wiped down. The downstairs toilet clogged with every flush and the shower in the master bedroom leaked the entire time while filling the bath. Not just a little, it was like the shower was on while filling the tub. Some of the furniture had stained and the dinning room chairs had wear and tear Despite all of that, we really enjoyed the townhouse. It WAS MUCH better than staying in a hotel and the staff was super friendly 👌 the price was worth it for us. No place you ever stay will be "perfect" so my last "complaint" was that our outside jacuzzi tub leaked. To the point where their wasn't enough water in it to use it. We spent alot of time out and about during the day so we didn't notice the leak until night 2 or 3. I called the front desk and the guy was super sweet. He communicated with maintenance and management until our problem was somewhat resolved. By somewhat resolved, I mean that maintenance came and filled it up with a hose so we could use it. Which was enough for us to get by but it should be fixed. It was apparently leaking for a while because of the floor around the hottub leak.... see attached pictures for yourself. Regardless we had a great time and we do really like it there. The issues are minor and thats why I still gave a 4 star review. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

I would like to give this place a good review, as have stayed here twice before, however, my visit on 17th-19th April 2025 will be my last. We drove from Miami and checked in late (about 10pm). Upon checking in, security asked us for the gate code. I explained this was not sent to us by email, so rather than checking our details, she asked us to move as we were holding up others guests trying to get through the gate and come back when we know the code. I already explained this was not sent, so we could not get in. I phoned the resort and explained and they told us that we need to go back to security. I already found this daunting due to our prior experience. We tried again at security to get through. Again, told if we don’t have the number there is nothing she can do. She came across as rude and was rather short with us. I didn’t need this after a 5 hour drive from Miami. I explained that we don’t have the code and have paid upfront, plus have evidence that we have a booking. It was only then she checked the computer system and my passport and we were finally given a key.||When we got to the home I booked, we walked in, and I was horrified! It was disgusting!! Clearly it had not been cleaned. I had to pay over £100 upfront (this is a mandatory charge as part of the booking) and clearly it was not done. Soap scum in the shower, rusted enamel coming off the sink, stained ice dispenser, ring marks, cockroach… I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The cleaners clearly had not done their job. To top it off this was NOT what I booked. I was given a 3 bedroom deluxe BUT booked a 4 bedroom town house. There was nothing “deluxe” about it! The furniture was old, tired and needed replacing. Nothing like they show in the pictures online. From previous stays, I had booked a 2 bedroom home twice and was pleased, but this time the home we were given was awful. There was nothing I could do as reception was closed so had no choice but to dispute this the next morning.||Next morning, I went to reception. I showed the pictures to reception and they were shocked. They apologised and made a call to IDILIQ who manage the resort. I was offered a $50 gift card (not that I wanted this, as I wanted a refund) and the difference between the 4 bedroom and 3 bedroom home (about £20). They would not refund the cleaning fee, but after some discussion, agreed to refund the resort fee - to this day has still not been refunded. I received about £20 back into my account, but was expecting around £80 as was agreed over the phone. To top it off, they had none of the 4 bedroom homes left, so were told we had to remain in the house they put us in. Basically we were booked into the wrong home and with practically no refund. This was their negligence! It was such a shame as we booked this place as part of my mum’s 80th birthday trip to America, and it put a damper on the experience.||The last time I stayed here was in 2018. I’m not sure if IDILIQ were managing the resort back then, but up until this point we had no problems. What I have discovered is that various people own these homes on the resort and keep them as holiday rentals, therefore, the condition of the furniture will vary. My previous visits have had nice modern and clean furniture, but this time it was grotty, old and well overdue for an update. Some of these homes should be inspected and not rented out as this falls well below standards I have come to expect from this resort. I noticed I am not the only one to complain about the cleanliness of the properties and furniture. Many other people have left reviews stating the same. I have also noticed that the resort has replied on many occasions showing an apology and that it falls well below their standards, and that they will address it with their team. Well, it is still happening, and lessons don’t appear to have been learned. But I can tell you what I have learned, and it’s that you may not get what you paid for. The furniture, cleanliness, management and friendliness of the staff team fall well below standard. I will not be...

On my visit to this facility, I found everything completely wrong in person and misrepresented online . I realized that in this place there was no cleaning, everything had so much dust and dirt that it could be seen with the naked eye in all the details of the maintenance of the rooms. I do not appreciate that this establishment did not take responsibility for their crystal clear errors and instead chose to turn a blind eye to their customers. I arrived on the first of September 2021 at approximately 1 am and when I got to my room I found that my bathroom was clogged so I had yo unclog it which was disgusting. The toilet made a strange whistle noise every time it was flushed that was extremely annoying. I found also that all the carpet was very dirty and the smell of sweat everywhere and the windows where very dirty. The towels were disgusting and I refused to utilize them for anything except floor mats. The shower head was installed in a manner which did not allow me to move it away from the wall so i can take a shower. The towel rack fell down and nearly landed on my tows because it was loose and improperly installed. The following morning when we woke up and wanted to see the patio area we noticed the sliding glass door was filthy from the top to bottom. The patio area looked as if it had not been properly cleaned in a year. The jacuzzi had old soap and soap scum covering it completely. We decided not to use these facilities because of the sad state they were in. I drove to the front desk and showed the staff the pictures of the establishment from the prior evening. After waiting a very long time , i was offered a different room and hoped that this would be a nice , clean room where i can forget my terrible experience from the previous night. Unfortunately, upon entering the new room i quickly realized that this room was in exactly the same condition as my first room. If i was not very sick , I would have left immediately but finding a place to stay in such short notice and moving all my belongings is incredibly difficult. When I returned to my room , outside in the patio there were 2 men attempting to repair something without even notifying me. I was completely surprised and did not feel safe from that moment on. I called the front desk to notify them of this and they did not even care. I asked for new towels because my towels were filthy upon arrival and was informed that I needed to buy my own laundry detergent snd wash and dry my own towels. Furthermore, no pool towels were in the room as depicted on the website and they would not deliver them to me. I had to drive to the front desk to get them. The kitchen did not have soap to clean the utensils/ plates and no paper towels to wipe down. I was informed I needed to buy my own. I would have appreciated if these details were on their website so i could have been prepared or not booked this establishment at all. In the evening, we heard loud noises outside with people arguing and fighting. The front desk closes early and there was no one there to call. We packed all our belongings and waited until the fighting stopped. We were very uncomfortable and scared. Finally, enough was enough and we decided to leave early and not stay...
